Worst service I've ever experienced in my entire life, I received poor service because I didn't speak English. Even though there was someone to help me in Spanish, I had to beg to have my problem solved and there simply wasn't a lens for my glasses. I paid 400.00 to not have my problem resolved

My visit to americas best was fast and easy walked in and was seen in 15 minutes. Receptionist was very polite and the Dr as well.

This place is a joke. The wait times to be seen after you see the doctor are over an hour. Staff appears to be lazy. I have one question, Why is the staff walking so slow during task? The eye doctor is overwhelmed, over worked, they can only afford to have one doctor in this establishment. Be prepared to wait & deal with incompetent employees.

I would have given zero stars if possible. I had my eye appointment and the doctor decided to increase my prescription for some unknown reason. I have been wearing glasses for 40+ years. They also upcharged my bifocals and transitions so that my insurance didn't cover them. I got a pair of glasses and another set of just lenses. $600 later I got my new glasses 2 weeks later. They were blurry and the reading part was off also. After another exam and waiting 2 weeks my glasses came in with the wrong prescription again. Wearing the prescription for a month is not good for anyone's eyes. They refunded the total amount after complaining for the second time. I will never go to this chain again and I advise you to do the same. Worst possible place for eye glasses and doctors.

I am so glad I went to America's Best at 9171 Roosevelt Blvd in NE. Phila.I was given the time and attention I needed by Melanie who was so helpful and patient with giving answers to my questions.I am very grateful for the sale I got on eyeglasses. Thanks to their prices I was able to get 2 pairs for the price I was quoted for one pair at 2 other eye glass retailers in the area. Luis the manager on duty thank you for your kind consideration.I highly recommend this store and location. Looking forward to getting my new glasses.

If I can give 0 star I would. This location does not deserve a 1 star. This place is the worse. I called to see what the procedure is for a follow up for my daughter, someone picked up then told me “you’re gonna have to give me a minute because I have to look at her profile”. Waited 16 mins he never picked back up. Called again… someone else picked up and told me to hold on. Was on hold for 10 mins before another person picked up. Then when she picked up the phone the tone of her voice like she was irate for picking up the phone (name sounds like Lanik), asked her what the procedure is for a follow up. Then stated that I need an appointment when I told her I already have one set up, I asked her if she wanted to see if they accept my insurance she was quick to say “just bring everything with you when you come in”. What if they don’t accept my insurance so I’m wasting my time going there for nothing? Didn’t seem to care but quick to reply “okay have a nice day”. I’m scheduling an appt somewhere else. Americas Best doesn’t seem like the best especially with customer service. Need to train your employees better on how to provide a better conversations with your customers. Maybe this is why your rating is bad at this location, it all starts with your employees.

Please don’t waste your vision visit on this place.I don’t know what doctor I saw - he didn’t introduce himself. Before my visit I saw him complaining to the other doctor about how busy he was and how he wanted to go home. Should have been a red flag. I told him I was having trouble seeing - especially night driving. He does an exam and then gives my contacts that are less strong than the ones I have in. I ask him why and he says that my vision at night is bad because of the dryness. I put on the new contacts and they can settle and the vision is significantly worse than when I walked in. I tell him this and he tells me to try it out and shows me to someone so I can order. I ask some more questions to which he skirts. I give up because he clearly doesn’t care. Now I have significantly worse vision than when I walked in and have used my one visit for the year.

The woman who is placing orders doesn’t care at all about this place. She wasn’t collaborative with me as a customer, couldn’t help me place an order and made everything so hard. I give up on this place. Worst experience ever placing an order. I WOULD NOOOOT recommend dealing with this place. ?
