I attempted to go to this location and was refused because I wasn't a CHOP employee. That should be advertised on their website instead of offering services to anyone who lives or works near that location.

We had the best experience at the Cherry Hill branch with Jasmine! She helped us get my fathers finances in order after our mother passed away. She was so kind, attentive and efficient. She is very detailed oriented and didn’t miss a thing. I highly recommend.

It takes a lengthy amount of time to get anything done when you go there. The personnel are very pleasant and lovely but it is fraught with hurdles. They are understaffed. I have been trying to close an account from my deceased parent. It takes numerous phone calls and paperwork. Each time I go in they can’t find identification that was scanned in the visit prior. The institution hasn’t set up processes to be streamlined and concise. I miss the in person tellers. The manager always seems new and different or just covering the site.

I would never recommend this place. Worst customer service, I have had to sit on hold so many times and I am told something different every time. They never know the answer to anything.

Having tried different trading platform , my last experience with Gabriella Donald is the best ever, I traded with $500 and within a week i made profit of $6,500 and to my greatest surprise no extra charge was paid for my withdrawal. I called regarding a question about my account and when I provided by ssn, the rep told me that she could not locate my account. She asked me if I knew my account # and I told her no and she said well unfortunately there is nothing I can do to help you and hung up the phone. I will go home and find my account number, but it's scary to think that this whole time they don't have my correct social, nor did the rep care to do anything about it.
