When I went there, everyone was polite, nice clean office. I have serve foot pain. She seen that surgery is required. I was told that I would be called for a date. Almost three months later and I've called three times inquiring. Still to this day NO one has reached out to me.

I had an excellent experience today the Doctor was super nice she listened to me very very patiently, looked at my other ankle, and found a way to treat my ankle in a non-surgical way.Thank you so much.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I originally scheduled my appointment for a bunion. Upon arrival I was told that the doctor was on maternity leave and that I would be seeing someone else. During this visit my foot was looked at and I was told that I would need to schedule another appointment with doctor. So this annoyed me because now two times I have to pay for co pays and two times my insurance was charged for the same visits. After my visit, I was told I should get bunion removed and that surgery scheduler will call me. After weeks of waiting for a call that never came, I called dr office and was told they will have someone call me. I have no lost all trust and confidence with this doctors office and have since gone elsewhere.

My visit with Dr. Piccillo was great. She was patient listening to my problems and was able to take X-rays in the office to diagnose my injury. She took the time to check both feet, not just the injured one. I was seen a bit ahead of schedule and didn’t feel rushed in any way. The office is clean and modern and the other staff members were very kind. I chose this practitioner because she was closest to my house, and I’m really glad I did. Highly recommend seeing her if you need a podiatrist.

I had an amazing experience here! Dr. Piccillo is SO kind and understanding, extremely helpful and really listens to you. After a terrible experience at a different podiatrist's office, I was hesitant to make another elsewhere, but Dr. Piccillo made me feel at ease and gave me a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in the door, reception was so kind to me and the atmosphere was so pleasant, and when I was going through my procedure and in some pain, someone came in to offer me cold water to drink and kind words. And for the quality of the care you receive here, the out of pocket cost is /great/ if you're looking for care without insurance like myself. I can't wait to go back, don't hesitate to make an appointment!

I just made an appointment, and am hoping the treatment is as good as the phone coversation!!! hoping I find some relief, as I have seen 2 other podiatrists in Philadelphia without any sense of compasion.

Thanks to my lawyer who recommended me here they treated me so nice she did so good on my surgery made me feel comfortable I am healing thank to the doctor.

She is an excellent foot doctor…she cares about her patient, she takes her time with her patient. Her office is an lovable place, her employees are excellent as well. The office makes you at home. She takes her time to explain everything to you and find the best results for you without going around the bush. She’s awesome she gained an A+ from me.

She cancelled my appointment about 20 minutes before it was set to begin, after I was on the way to her office. She did not offer any explanation at all, I just received an email from the scheduling service. So I had to turn around and go home with my issue untreated, to look for a different podiatrist. Disappointing behavior from anyone but especially a doctor.
