Shame on you for tricking and customer, but you tricking yourself. This afternoon of 03/11/2024 I bought ground beef. When I get to cook it, I found out that ground beef is rotten. They put rotten beef inside and they cover it with a a layer of fresh meat, what a shame.I’ll make sure to make a formal complaint to health department

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed at this new establishment because its not establishing anything but customer dissatisfaction.I would never shop there again. Rude cashier and poor customer service all throughout my shopping experience there... What a pity.I'll stick with makka Market around the corner. That have surved the same community with respect and dignity for decades.

Nice store and clean but they one problem service with customer..they need to change that to make customer happy like thank you after customer shopping even the customer not says You're welcome..and if customer see to as busines owner say you're welcome..thank you for keeping the store clean and good halal meats

“All thill no knickers” from philly but come back to visit at least once a year. Ask friends and family where should I go to shop for my 2 week visit. They suggested this place among all the other usual suspects; Wali Muhammad, Mekka and Cousins. But warned at the same time. I thought we’d give it a go and was very disappointed at the rude customer service mainly the lady at the till but the butcher and floor worker were less than inviting as well. Not really interested in patrons at all. The cashier never returned the salaams after greeting her twice and she was very curt and dismissive when we made polite inquiries about products. She clearly didn’t want us in there so we won’t ever return.Shiny and new but lacks common respect and courtesy for those who have been living in the area for decades. They should close and reopen in Massachusetts somewhere. Ended up shopping twice at Mekka Market.

I wish I could give 0 stars; seriously, the girl from Pakistan was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and had a strong, disgusting attitude. Every time I go here to do my grocery shopping because I want to buy my Middle Eastern food or species, literally that girl gives me attitude all the time whenever I pay at the cashier or ask her questions about things like prices. I have stopped going there for months now because of this woman. Hopefully the owner of the store sees my comment and fixes everything, bringing someone who is very responsible and has better customer service than her.

It's a solid market. They do charge for bags. I forgot if it's 10 cents or 20 cents. But this is overall a quality store.
