Wow where do I even start lol Caleb has been going here for about two years. He loves him some Ms. Abby. She’s been nothing but amazing and patient with him. Zhanna and Anna are an amazing team and they all treat my son like he’s family. We’re sad that Caleb will be going to kindergarten this year but we appreciate everyone so much for making sure that hes more than ready. He will be going into kindergarten knowing how to count very high, how to read and write. We wouldn’t be here without you guys! Thank you so much for all you do! ?♥️

Alphabet Alley Child Care Center is a top-notch facility that offers an exceptional learning environment for young children. I had the pleasure of enrolling my child in the program and was very pleased with the experience. The staff is highly qualified and experienced in working with children, ensuring that they meet their individual needs and create a fun and safe environment for them.The curriculum is extensive, and the activities provided are engaging and interactive, keeping the children interested and participating actively in the learning process. The center has a wide range of resources, including books, toys, and learning tools, which the children utilize to improve their skills and prepare them for future academic pursuits.What stood out to me the most was the dedication and care demonstrated by the staff towards the children, providing a nurturing and welcoming environment that fosters growth and development. The center also creates opportunities for parents to engage with their children's educational progress, working together with parents to ensure each child's needs are met.Overall, I highly recommend Alphabet Alley Child Care Center to any parent in search of a high-quality care facility that offers an outstanding early learning experience for their child. Writing this review when my daughter no longer here (because we moved far away, not because we wanted to leave). This daycare deserves more than just 5 stars. Everyone that I met, my daughter’s teachers and Zhanna, the manager, they’re all awesome and the best teachers you can find! They celebrated a surprise first birthday for my daughter. They brought her gifts and helped me took her photos. My daughter always came home with a smile on her face. More than just that, this daycare provides notes of activities and information regarding the kids everyday. Posting your kids photos so you can always see your child’s activities. They provide food. They make sure to keep you posted for everything. Their response in messages and phone calls always very fast and professional. The rooms are clean and efficient. Staffs are well-trained and you can tell they love the kids by heart! And Zhanna, she definitely loves her job! Her dedication to this daycare and the kids is what make me feel safe and secure to have my daughter here. Very sad that my daughter had to move to a different daycare that closer to where we live now. But for us, this day care is still the best.

We were truly blessed to have found this place to offer a daycare services for our son. The teachers there are phenomenal and I am forever thankful and grateful to all the support they have provided. They did such a great job with communication as well and anytime that I wanted to check in and see how my son was doing, they were able to accommodate.I really do miss this place and their structured style of teaching.Thank you Alphabet Alley for all that you do!

Alphabet Alley is an outstanding child care center. In the past daycares have had the stigma of being known as glorified babysitting services. Alphabet Alley is so much more. Their commitment to education is second to none. My son started when he was only 2 months old and he is now 5. They have taken such good care of him. And I couldn’t have imagined how much he was going to learn over the years. But he will be more than prepared to enter Kindergarten next fall. This is thanks to the wonderful staff that work there. We will be sad to leave our second family when the time comes. I highly recommend Alphabet Alley to any parents looking for a safe, caring and loving place for their child.

I was searching for daycares for so long and hating all the ones that I visited that looked like dark basements. A friend of mine recommended Alphabet Alley and I loved it from the beginning when I saw that was so beautiful and had 4 keystone stars! But it was only when my daughter finally started attending that i realized why parents love it so much: First of all the place is sparkling clean and you noticed when they open the door to you. Also I always receive details on the app about what my child is learning that week, with beautiful photos and my daughter always brings home the cute crafts she makes and i love it. Also the staff treat us so well and are so gentle, loving and caring with all children equally. My daughter’s teacher (Mrs M) is a wonderful human being that always walks a extra mile to do so much more than being just a teacher, she is family. When my daughter is sick they send messages and check on her and so much more, so we feel like she is loved. Also, she’s been learning so many wonderful things, sign language, alphabet, opposites, she had a week about fire safety that she will never forget, she always tells us that fire is dangerous when she sees it. And she is only 2yo. Thanks Alphabet Alley you are the best.

Highly recommend this place , if you are looking for a awesome day care with highly qualified staff who are well educated, very polite ,you would see the quality of their staff and teachers in your kids once they start to go there , few of the names we would like to specially thank are Miss Abby , Miss Noel , they both are prek teachers and some of the staff are Anna and few other who greet your kids with warm hearts and beautiful smile ?when u leave them at the front ,not only that they have an app which you can download on your phone , which will keep u on track from the time kid gets checked in to check out and what all they doing each hour and pictures of activities the kids are doing all are uploaded and u will be tagged so u can see you kids .This is the one place where I will be stress free after I drop my kids here, because I know they are in safe ? hands . My eldest daughter Ivanniah went here and now she’s in kindergarten at a different school but still comes to this place atleast once a week to see and say hi to her old teachers miss Abby and miss Noel . And my middle child Leahana still goes here , and we also planning to send our youngest from next year .

The staffs at Alphabet Alley are one of the sweetest, professional, and loving people I have had the opportunity to interact with on a daily basis. My children are well cared for. There has NEVER been any problems that wasn't professionally addressed properly. I do recommend Alphabet Alley to all PARENTS who are looking for a save, reliable, professional DAYCARE for their CHIILDREN. My experienced with each teacher has been amazing. Due to the high level of teaching, my SON has been an OUTSTANDING STUDENT at his current school, and I am of the conviction my DAUGHTER will be next year as well.

My son has been at Alphabet Alley since he was an infant and we’ve both loved it! I’ve never had an issue with his care in the nearly 4 years he’s been there. The teachers and staff are more than happy to help with anything and are always doing fun things for the kids. It’s so nice to have teachers your child looks forward to seeing and learning from ?

Alphabet Alley has been nothing short of amazing for my daughter. She is 11 months old and started when she was 8 months old. I started out at a different day care because at the time Alphabet Alley did not have any openings. I had been having a tough time with my day care at the time so I had reached out to Zhanna (the owner) in hopes something changed. She got back to me right away and actually informed me a student was getting ready to leave and my daughter would be able to fill the spot if interested! I was so relieved! She answered every question I had in detail (I am a first time mom so as we know there was a lot) and made me feel such at ease transitioning my daughter to their care. We had a zoom call tour and was able to meet some teachers that day and see the kids at play! Since my daughter has started there I have been more and more impressed with their facility. They communicate to you SO we’ll and SO fast with everything you need. They post pictures and videos of your child through the day most days and are readily available via messenger to answer anything right away! Over all I am SO happy with my choice of care and trust them so much with my daughter! Do not hesitate to pick up the phone if you are currently looking for somewhere to send your child. You will not be disappointed:)

Alphabet Alley is an amazing daycare. I'm glad my son got a spot here since summer 2022. I like the owner and how she put so much effort in keeping the center. The center is very clean and all the teachers are so nice. My son has improved so much with his speech and I'm glad he is learning while getting great care here at Alphabet Alley.

I just wanted to say my kids have been coming here now for over a year and the service here is just tremendous they take such great care of the kids you never have a worry my one son is two and he loves his class and he's progressing so well. My other son is in kindergarten and he goes to their aftercare program and it's wonderful. They pick him up and let me know when he is back safely which is such a relief. Ana and zhanna do a great job of running the facility and always making sure that the kids are safe and happy. They love their teachers this is by far the best daycare facility but I could have ever been so happy to send my kids to.
