Erik is the man. I’ve been chasing a noise for three years and gave up. Now I’m really picky on who works on my car. I gave them a chance and Erik was able to solve my issue. Thank you again guys for helping and taking care of me. 10 stars

The experience was requesting services to fix a tire that was only leaking a little air and they told me that the tire was useless, that it had three holes and they wanted to sell me a new one. I feel that someone, what there is most is racism, this was the second time it happened to me there in that same place.

My tire pressure light was on and I brought it in to be looked at. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They took care of it within an hour. I would definitely recommend them!

I love the service I received today. I was told by Midas that I needed tires. I went to Allen Tires to get 4 new tires and the staff informed me that I didn’t need tires. As a woman I appreciate their honesty and showing me that the tires are fine. It’s refreshing to see a business not trying to rip people off. I would recommend Allen Tires to anyone who needs tires.

Maybe their tire services are very good based on the high rating. I can’t really speak to that because I have never had those services. However if you need brakes and rotors DO NOT GO HERE! I literally had to go back 3 times in a week span because my brakes were singing. Their response was to blame me saying I was riding my brake. It’s no way. I took my car on a Thursday and the next day the brakes were giving an Opera concert on the road.They definitely going the cheap route with the parts and blaming the customers. Save your time and money go somewhere else!!

Some of the best service I've ever had in Philly. I had new tires put on my 15 Civic a few months ago as well as an alignment and most recently an oil change and inspection. These are some of the nicest and most honest people you will deal with in Philly. They took great care of my car, I got it back the way I left it with my settings and it drove like a new car with my new tires and alignment. Dan and Eric are always awesome, I'm like family here and the prices are right. Here's from South Philly, these guys are worth the ride.
