Don’t bother to contact this company. Once you make the deal with the sales person and ask you to fill out the application and make you to work a lot and at the end they back out from their words.Fraud business practice. Talked to the sales person and manager same thing.Better off dealing with other companies like Gills Wholesale and Meier & Dutch.Glad we are not moving forward with this fraud company.

The customer service is awful. The receptionists always have an attitude. Kathleen and barbra should take a customer service course cause they are seriously lacking it. Be kind and courteous dont have an attitude for doing a job. If you hate a job that much QUIT!

Customer service could use some effort. Vendor was 1/2 hour late and never even called to let us know. We had to call him. Then we were told (after we reached out to them after not hearing from anyone for 2 weeks) that we didn’t meet the White criteria; so he refused to sell to us (I mean we didn’t meet the ‘right’ criteria).

Terrible customer service. Used to be fantastic. I have ordered coffee from them for about 12 years or so. They have just decided that I'm outside their delivery area, and they refuse to ship me coffee any longer. Even if you are in their delivery area, don't use them. Poor service should not be rewarded.

Stellar customer service that goes above and beyond. I had a shipment that was delayed and delivered outside of the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, the delay resulted in some of the items going bad in transit. It was completely outside of Allen Brother's control, but they stepped up, offered several possible solutions, and followed through. If there was an issue, Allen Brothers was quick to call me and keep me in the loop. I never had to reach out once to initiate a conversation, they were always on top of it. Their pro-active customer service sets the bar high compared to any other specialty meat distributor. Based on my experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer for many years.

This is a great company!! They provide excellent service and good communication with the stores. They support the stores and are always looking for the new food fad to stock in the stores. Allen Brothers has every type of product you would need from beauty supplies and cleaning supplies to paper products. The coffee is delicious and the displays and coffee areas make the customers come back for more because they are up to date, working properly, and creative! Look into Allen brothers to stock your store with everything and anything today!

Typical lazy union warehouse workers. Unorganized in operational processes, which is evident the moment you pull in.
