I went in to get a walker. The style that we wanted was in stock. The salesperson said that there wasn’t one on the floor but that she could easily assemble one to try. She did, and it worked perfectly. Pleasant, courteous service.

I posted yesterday about the poor, racist treatment I received from a heavy set, Asian male employee. I asked a question he ignored me and proceeded to give the Asian female customer the ultimate customer service. My post was removed after I posted my review. I guess I'll go to Fox News. Please don't patronize this racist unprofessional business.

This place is the absolute worst. Everyone has a terrible attitude and makes you wait forever for something that could take less than 10 mins. I needed a nebulizer and had to jump through so many hoops and I was called saying I can finally pick it up. When I get there, I’m told someone will be right with me but no one is even making an effort to help me. I’m just waiting here while the workers gossip. People really need this equipment that they’re selling and they do not care. It’s extremely disheartening and frustrating. You would think with all the bad reviews they would step things up, but again they don’t care whatsoever.

I was in the area for the night and I called and asked for a rental for a few hours. The women who answered was great, she was very helpful. She found something for us and the price was great. Thank you.

The females answering the phones at the 9th st location are distastefully crude and and absent minded. I NEVER am able to receive my 89 year old nana's equipment on time. There is always an excuse instead of better service. I have spent over $300 of my own money over a course of 8 months because she has not received any of her supplies on time. The lateness ranges from anywhere to 1 week late to a month depending on how unorgaznied the 9th st location is. No one deserves to feel less of a human being and soiled because of the misactions of a company that's supposed to be positively effecting her life. She cries every time they're law and prays for better service. I have left voicemails, sent emails, yet no positive change and the same piss poor service.

Allcare Medical Equipment came highly recommended to me to obtain equipment for my grandfather- rightfully so as they are AMAZING! We needed to locate a specialty wheelchair among other pieces of equipment which were very hard to find. Their representatives were so accommodating and informative. They helped to order all of the equipment and arranged for a prompt delivery. Such a wonderful, compassionate company to work with! Thank you again Allcare!

I was getting my monthly supplies from a different company and they were always late. I was frustrated all the time. Allcare changed my life. They are always on time, very professional, compassionate with great customer service. I highly recommend this company. I wish I switched to them sooner.

I been receiving supplies from this company for over a year and I am very pleased. The girls in the china town location are very nice and helpful. What I love is the diversity, they speak English, Spanish and Chinese and if they cant understand you I seen one of the girls on google translate trying to help out a customer. I extremely recommend Allcare.

A bunch of rip off artists. Needed a new Neb machine and they told me I could get a new one within my warranty time frame. Once they found out that they were infact the original supply company and still within my warranty time frame I was put on hold. When they came back to the phone all of a sudden it was a different story. Now I'm being asked to pay over $100 for a machine that's still under warranty. Do not use this company for supplies! They do not honor warranties!

Been missing important doctor appointments due to them not giving my wheelchair in time its been 3 weeks women that answer the phone are rude.now I have to cancel another heart doctor appointment thanks alot yall really suck.
