Very poor service and support. They DO NOT honor their products. They informed me by phone that a part was compatible with my printer but when it was received it would not work/communicate with the software. They refused to give me a refund or credit for the $120 part. YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.WHAT A HEADACHE. FYI CHINA OWNED.

this branch is good, but ALL AMERICAN PRINT SUPPLY as a company its self is TRASH. Paying $945 a month for a brand new F2270 that breaks down every other week and theyre not doing anything about it. When I wanted to buy the printer I could easily talk to someone. Now that im losing business all week no one is available to help.

Let me start by saying if I can give -10 review I would. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. First I get the prestige a3+ on February 27 of last year. It started giving me a problem one month later. After I received the printer back, six weeks later, it lasted maybe two weeks before it tore up again. Once again, my entire company was shut down due to the fact, I could not use this printer. I sent it out to them to be repaired and they said they no longer sell the prestige a3+ so they intern sent me an updated printer which is the prestige a3+ R. I thought that this would fix the issue, but Boy was wrong. I received the printer in November and immediately stopped working a few weeks later, and I had to send it out again right before Christmas. They promised me that they would have it up and running in three weeks because I have been having constant issues with them and I explained to them that this was the only printer that I had. I waited for three weeks then I called them back to see if they had a shipping label or did they know the exact date that it was going to be sent out. They informed me at that time that they would not be able to have a shipped out and that would be in fact February 5 which is today that they will have it sent to me. When I called them back last week they said that it would not be sent out on February 5 that it will take another 4 to 6 weeks because Marino was no longer working with the company and my process had to start over. I asked for a refund to no avail. No one will contact me back. I have asked for supervisor at the supervisor and I promises someone will call me, but they never did. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau and they have reached out to all American print supply and they have not responded. It’s been over a week. Now it has gotten to the point won’t nobody answer the phone or they won’t return phone calls. If you are a company looking to grow, please look somewhere else because our America print supply does not honor their customers. And then, when their printers set up, they do not try to rush order or fix them quickly so you can get back into business no matter how much you explain to them that is tearing your company apart. They still do not care. and then they try to convince you to buy another printer from them instead of fixing the issue with the printer that you already have. I will never in my life with this company again. At this point I am willing to lose $4000 that I put into this company and just go elsewhere. Just letting the other buyers know what not to do so they won’t have to go through the same thing that me and others have went through with this company. If you are willing to spend months and months of time, fixing a printer, getting the runaround and not being responded to by all means by from this company.

Horrible customer service... This company is a liability at this point to my business... The prestige A3 Plus is not reliable and I cannot get any help as I have been having issues for a year now.. Also occasionally I get the wrong items.. and when theirs a problem this company takes no action to try and help or compensate..I bought my printer in the faith that the warranty would cover the cost of the print head which I ended up having to purchase myself after I asked countless times to replace it but once the warranty ended in a matter of days they all of a sudden wanted to replace it...like they didnt want to come out of pocket even though its under warranty.. This company is a waste of time and money to the people who try and run a business because they do not try and compensate after MONTHS!! of issues and down time and money poured into the printer, wasted paper, ink and parts that have been purchased which some parts I did not even need... but i bought it anyways because I was told to..Support barley knows how to fix your issue and lacks any kind of empathy and help to keep you up and running.I wish I never purchased from this company.. I am over $800 in unnecessary parts and supplies.FYI I bought the prestige color ink and after buying it I realized that it had no dates on them and I was told that they were going to soon expire... so I am just told to just go buy more and spend more money on Color max ink......What a joke..I have been working with this company calling several times a month for a YEAR and I have never been satisfied with this company.Because of this unreliable company and printer I have lost business....

If it was possible to leave a -5 star review I would this company is the absolute worst! From sales to customer service right down to their ai chat bot!Save your time and energy and look elsewhere.

Marino has been great so far. He is keeping me in the loop and seems to be on top of the replacement. I am currently waiting for the replacement for my Presteige A3+R. There is a issue with the capping station and the load lock mechanism. Would have give 5 stars if the product had not messed up 5 prints into using it after one day.

I have had nothing but issues with the Seismo 11 since I have unboxed it. Temperature is very unstable won't bake the powder one second and then burns it the next. You're lucky if you get an answer on any phone number you call for the technical support and if you do it takes weeks to get an answer/response on how to fix the issue.
