I don’t recommend this place, it took a very long time to process the application, sent them all the income data, the credit score is good. They don't like everything, they don't like everything. Many who have moved from there complain about the new owners

DO NOT MOVE HERE …. The property manager is horrible, and should be fire asap! Nobody likes her and she very petty. I lived here for 3 years , mutiple cars have been vandalized and broken into ! No cameras on the property it’s like the wild Wild West please be safe. Now Cindy is horrible with a couple late payments when I was at my lowest always notified her that I will pay rent the next week if I didn’t have it the first and always communicated and paid it the day we agreed on. She said something in her email being empathic and petty and words was exchange. The next week I got a letter on my doors saying we need to envacute in 90 days LMFAO. Remind you never was my rent ever delinquent or have I broken anything on our contract. Regardless we planned on moving on anyway she just did it to be petty because her feelings was hurt … OH WELL…. And we going see her in court. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF CINDY OR JEN IS HERE ! She kicked so many people out because of her ego … pathetic. This won’t be the last time she hear from us

Hi, My is Michele my experience was great I been here about one years so far and I love it here the manager is so helpful and care about her tenants and the maintenance does an excellent job fixing whatever is broken thank you for everything.

I’ve lived in these apartments for over 3 years, currently starting my 4th year in this residence. I love this place. The location is ideal. It’s in a great neighborhood. & it’s close to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, shops. My apartment is beautiful & modern. A washer & dryer in my 2nd bedroom is so convenient & makes my life unbelievably easy. Cindy, the property manager, always makes herself available to you if you have any questions & has resolved the only issue I ever had, which was of my own doing. It will be a sad day when I move out of this apartment complex.

i’m putting 5 stars so y’all can see this. This is by far the WORST complex in northeast. if you want your car broken into and your windows shattered please move in here!! and then management is USELESS does absolutely nothing and says it’s not their problem. there aren’t ANY camera facing the parking lot. for the price we pay?????? if our cars aren’t safe how are we?

We really enjoyed living here at Algon for the two years we were in Philly.The surrounding neighborhood area is fairly quiet and Algon itself is kept up very well. The dumpster was not overflowing with trash and the grass was cut often. They have gone through a few property managers during our time there, but all of them have been very nice and quick to answer any concerns.The couple times we needed maintenance taken care of, it was done in a timely manner. We never had any issues with bugs. If I found any, they were already dead.All in all, we really enjoyed this complex. We really liked the layout of our unit, management was nice, and we did not have any issues with packages. They make delivery drivers put all packages in the Amazon Hub in the center of the complex which made me feel like my packages were always safe.Would recommend.

Not really happy here. Paper thin Walls so you can hear your neighbors easily. All heating units have cracks and gaps so expect a very high bill a month over $120. Walls are cracking everywhere. Trash being dumped on the property . They claim its smoke free yet no matter what you will smell Marijuana and cigarettes smoke. They have a handicapped parking spot but everybody parks there and tow truck is a joke. Already over priced with zero amenities. Don't bring a new car because it will get scratched. Inhave so much videos and photos I'm just waiting for the building inspectors to inspect this place then will file a class action lawsuit. The floor under the carpet it rotten and molded. Basically this place went from a 5 star hotel to a 2 star motel. Also google galman group reviews and see your your self.
