Very Professional, very fast and understanding. I brought my tesla Model Y to get a scratch fixed in the hopes that I didn't have to do bodywork. Eddy came to the home did the repair in record time and I could not even tell that the scratch is there. brought the issue up on Tuesday, and on Wednesday the car was finished. Thank you guys.

I would highly recommend Alex’s to anyone who needs detailing work done on their car!!! Not only were they able to fix my car in record time, they even offered to have me come back for a touch up at no additional cost. Alex’s is honest about their work, offers reasonable pricing, and is 100% trustworthy! I even got pictures/email updates as they made progress on my car - it really put me at ease with the process.I would never go anywhere else for service after the incredible work done by this group!!

Had a great experience getting my car detailed here. As one would hope, the attention to detail when getting your car detailed here is exceptional. I pointed out the areas to focus on and they did a great job zoning in on those areas while also being kind enough to give a free exterior detail. My favorite part of the experience is the clear communication and texts I was getting through the process. It helps out tons when you have a stain you are concerned about and you are getting photos and text updates on how getting the stain out is coming along. If you like to support local businesses where the staff puts in 100% effort to try and give you the best service possible for a great price, get your car detailed here. Or if you simply want a squeaky clean car.

Eduard did a great job detailing the interior and exterior of my car! I had residue from duct tape from my window being broken and they were able to remove what even the dealer couldn’t handle. Great service and communication throughout.

Eddie detailed my car back in late September. I paid $470 for a full interior and exterior detail, including engine bay cleaning and 1-step paint correction. Extremely disappointed to say the least. As a car enthusiast, I DO NOT recommend any other car enthusiasts to take your cars here for detailing. As you can see in the pictures I provided, this is the result you will get when you come to pickup your car after several days. I want to share that after pointing out numerous mistakes and missed spots, Eddie was reluctant to admit his shortcomings and low quality of work. He tried to “fix” everything when I arrived to pickup my car, which required me to wait an additional 2 hours before I gave up on speaking with him about my dissatisfaction. No compromise, no justification, nothing. When it came time to pay, they charge an abnormal fee to use a credit/debit card and asked for cash only. On top of that, they don’t provide itemized receipts or any type of receipt in general. I had to request one and was told to “wait 15 minutes while I figure out how to make an itemized invoice.” After 20 minutes, Eddie’s assistant couldn’t figure it out and told me it would be sent by the end of the day. This business is poorly run and produces poor results thus, explains its declining customer base and the reasoning for resorting to tax fraud with undocumented cash only transactions. 0/10, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

Alex’s Premium Auto Dealing was super helpful, friendly and professional. I called before making an appointment for pricing and the price was the same when I paid. I got an interior detailing due to some stains on the seats. They gracefully washed the outside as well, to bring out the White color of my car as a courtesy. The results were amazing and smelt great. It took 3.5 hrs and they sent me text updates and pictures throughout the process. I highly recommend this small business !

Eddie went above and beyond with my car and it looks absolutely amazing! I received an external detail and ceramic coating for my 2014 convertible bmw, and I swear it looks as good as new. He even sanitized the interior! Their pricing was super competitive and very reasonable. Eddie was a pleasure to work with, and I plan on referring anyone in need of a detail to got to Alex’s Premium Auto Detailing. Thank you so much for making my car gleam!
