I had a horrible experience at my favorite market. Mariah was my cashier. She had the worst customer service ever. She was on her phone when I walk up to the register so I know that why she was upset because she had to ring me up. And do her job. And put the phone down. She was so nasty and rude. And then instead of her communicating with me and saying the cart was lock to the register I try to move the cart to the table to bag my stuff and I couldn’t because it was chain to register. She could have said that. And then she had a smirk ? on her face. I felt so low and disrespected by Mariah. However I will pray for her. It should be a no phone policy and train them to say hello and to be kind. This happened on 10/25/2024 at 10:32am pull the cameras. 1300 fairmount Ave.

I bought Atlantic Salmon Fillet 2.12lbs $18.63. This salmon had scales on it. I had to scrape skin so many scales on this salmon.

Just moved out here wanted go shopping do not go to the aldis there is no free parking at all and you have pay a parking garage to park in there parking lot it’s not worth it the money I’m saving on groceries is being spent on parking

Shop here if you like obese security guards aggressively grabbing your personal bag, riffling through your things and asserting "we have the right to check bags". Also they block exits and entrances which is a fire hazard and the store gives creepy vibes in general. Yikes.
I came for a specific organic fruits which they didn't have & likely won't be back due to the eggregious action of the "security guard" whos' actions made me feel far less than secure.

I have been coming to the store for well over a year I have witnessed a dog in the store almost every single time I come, most dog sizes were medium. The time I bring my 8 pound dog in they asked me to leave. When I was asked to leave I did communicate every time I’ve been in the store someone has had a dog. Next time I come and see a pup I’ll be sure to take a photo to post. Can’t stand when places pick and choose who they enforce rules to!

Convenient location but they lack certain items that I'd like to get, namely their really small selection of spices and cereals.

I enjoy shopping at ALDI, they always have great prices and for the most part well stocked. My main issue is when time to check out, it’s always congested. 1 register open for cash and a bunch of self checkout that only accept debit/credit cards. I don’t mind waiting but your patience runs thin when you have less than 10 items 1 casher and a bunch of people in front of you with full carts, in my opinion they need to do better I always see a bunch of other employees lingering around or talking instead of assigning them to register to back up when it becomes busy.
