Good Evening Google Family. This is my first time visiting this location of Aldi. It is too close to my house, so thats why I have never shopped here and I never will again. However, I love that they had self check out, I couldn't believe it. The one on Macdade Boulevard and the one in Lansdowne, no self check out. Even though I love this feature of this Aldi Location, I will not shop here again. I like the one on Macdade Boulevard better. There were a lot of produce here and I had to ask someone where the soap products were. I had walked right by them, lol. Everyone was nice though. The customers as well as the employees who worked here. Have a great night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!! Also I hate that in order to get a cart, you need a quarter and sometimes I do not have a quarter. However each time I visit an Aldi location, someone is nice enough to give me a cart and not worry about the quarter. I am going to start giving people the change I have, like two dimes and a nickel when I do not have a quarter. I liked that they had cart wipes here, the other Aldi locations, I could not find any cart wipes and also I liked that they had a trash can by the entrance and exit.

Panhandlers are almost always bothering customers where the carts are located. A few rude employees. Shelves are sometimes sloppy and unorganized. The only real plus is the pricing.

My husband went there at 7:25 pm to shop and they told him the bathrooms were closed and then they proceeded to let other people use them.

I wanted to share my experience about the 1911 N. 76th street location that is right off of City Line Ave. There is an older African American woman who normally stocks the shelves, has some gray in her hair and wears her natural thick ponytail pulled back, she also wears eye glasses; she has a MANLY bull dagger demeanor, she is always very rude! I think she may be a manager; I didn’t catch her name tag. However, I asked her if the cucumbers were 89 cents. I saw the price which was largely written below the box but could not make out the item name as I didn’t have my glasses and can’t see small wording. I had multiple laser procedures and so it is hard for me to see without my glasses. I simply and NICELY asked her the price of the cucumbers, she looked and her nonchalant response was, WHAT DOES IT SAY MAM!!!! I replied, I can’t see it, she still refused to tell me, so a customer who heard me was nice enough to tell me. As an employee/manager it is very unprofessional to talk to customers in that manner. I asked a simple question that didn’t warrant that type of response and the reason I asked was because items sometimes get misplaced into the wrong location. Just to add, I have heard this same woman talk to the younger staff in an ignorant way as well as another customer a few months back. I will from now on spend my money at a different Aldi location because of this woman’s consistent ignorance which I have witnessed and was already aware of. I am asking higher management to please speak with this employee and possibly give her some lessons/classes in management or on how to properly speak to customers. I am sure that not only myself, but many of your regular customers would love for someone to PLEASE take this into consideration and speak with this employee.

Dang bro I just left out of here and some boul was snapping on a cashier calling her stupid and all instead of escorting the guy out Aldi removed the cashier and the guy just finished and left that’s just crazy never expected this from ALDI

THE STORE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE I WAS IN LINE AND THE MAN IN FRONT OF ME STARTED THREATENING THE CASHIER AND THE SECURITY DID NOT PROTECT HER AT ALL AND STILL LET THE MAN SHOP AND CHECK OUT. I FEEL BAD FOR THAT CASHIER ALDI DO BETTER!

Neat, clean and organized. Well stocked most days. Nothing fancy and like any Aldi store. The cashiers are friendly and very fast to do check out. They recently installed self checkout but since I usually have a lot of items, never used them and might be convenient for some one with few items.
