I just came out of whatever they call that place the inside is a mess L&I will enjoy visiting them and after tell me last week they take HP plan when he saw my name and that I was Boricua he said we don't take HP Plan.

My experience with this office was horrible. First, the owner is rude and answers the phone like it is his home phone. Second, the office is deplorable. There are medical supplies everywhere you can barely walk in the door. Third, the owner speaks of patients medical conditions and situation in front of other patients. The office is located in a bad neighborhood, where there are drug users and peddlers that not only surrounding the facility but come in the office in the middle of patient consultations with money in hand for who knows what? I felt very uncomfortable here and this place was not a to visit. Parking is awful as well. Needless to say My script was filled incorrectly. I was not given what I was Looking for, instead I was given something that I didn’t ask for.

This place seems to be well stocked in all kinds of medical supplies (one star) but the good thing stops here! The physical place is a mess! There are boxes everywhere, it’s pretty dirty and I was stiffed for one device I was looking for… they sold it to me for $125 and I found it for $50 in another place nearby. They refunded me when I return the device and I gave a second star

Because Medicare did not cover made to order sleeve for my lymphedema I had to pay $200 for a made to order. Well that ended up being a waste of my money because whomever made it did it poorly.

I had to wait for a while but they are really on the ball, I received my walker with a small additional fee along with my insurance, and walked out as happy as could be, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for medical equipment, the only problem is parking .

First time I've ever purchased medical equipment from a store. I had gone to a business in Chinatown prior to making it here but they did not have what I needed in stock. Advanced did not have what I needed either so they ordered it. I love that they have free delivery and the owner/woman providing service was super helpful. What I don't love is how this place looks on the inside! It's lowkey an episode of hoarders. I don't want to go back and visit.

My husband, who has Parkinson's Disease, and I were coming to visit our son who lives in Philly. While he walks with a walker it was suggested by his occupational therapist that we rent a wheelchair locally so he wouldn't get worn out just getting places. I called quite a few medical supply places listed as being in Philly only to discover they had moved out of Center City, or didn't deliver, etc. I finally contacted Advance Med. Equip. and spoke with Rick. We arranged for him to deliver the wheelchair to the hotel the day of our arrival and to pick it up the day of check out. I felt the price was very reasonable as well. All went as planned. The wheelchair was waiting for us at the hotel. It was in excellent condition. Having it made a huge difference in my husband's (and my) ability to enjoy the weekend. I'm grateful to Rick and Andrea for their good service and will definitely call on them the next time we are coming to the City of Brotherly Love!!
