I use to love acme but now not so much!! I don’t mind buying the bags but the rip before you make it to the car!!!! I was so upset ! Or the handles are made so cheaply they break !! I bring my own too but it makes it harder , than the expect you to rush to bag your items !! The prices are very high , times have changed! It’s always packed with few workers ! I don’t go here as much anymore, just for emergencies! Staff is nice and friendly , just the prices and bags piss me off!!!

Doctors Viet and Kelly as well as Samantha are professional; polite and very helpful. They offer excellent advice and are very knowledgeable

Had a horrible customer service experience here. Went to the seafood counter and asked if they had flounder. The guy behind the counter goes “Do you see it there?” with a very nasty attitude. Reported him to the manager Matt there and was also disappointed with the manager making excuses for his workers nasty attitude. Its never appropriate to say “Do you see it there?” to a customer and then continue to talk smack when someone else is waiting on me. Then come around the counter in a threatening manner. This Acme location needs to do a lot better and their staff, especially this employee I think his name is Carl needs to be trained in customer service and if he cannot respectfully deal with customers, he needs to be let go or placed in a position where he’s not interacting with customers. So disappointed!

I been coming here for 6 years, customer service sucks more than ever. Workers who been their for years are dragging along in the store. Not friendly at all. I do not know what happened. I use to love it here. Store has always been very clean. Food always fresh.

This particular acme seriously lacks good customer service. Everyone is miserable there and have no problem showing it to their customers. Not a nice place to shop

Really cant get better meat deals ,quality and point of price specials ..lots of buy one ,get two free deals ..I calculated the per pound ,good savings ..Now EVERYTHING else is way too high !!!the prices at the acme are ridiculous, cereal is high ,rolls,canned goods ,cheese ,everything ..Word of advice ,like any place if you shop the back end of a Weekley Add ,you will have lots of things not available...This is a pretty clean store ,older but okay ..cashiers iffy ,mostly nice ..

Have a bit of trouble at times finding certain items that aren't always in stock. However they are ALWAYS stocked up on my favorite Turkey Hill peach tea sooooo they will get my business for sure. Store is clean parking can be a problem from time to time. Wish they had a better flower selection. Over all would recommend. Oh and the brownies are awesome.

I just switched from CVS and I’m happy to glad I did. Not only were the costs of my scripts cheaper the customer service was excellent. Kelly worked worked on transferring them over and took the time to work with me when they were busy
