The worst grocery store of my life ??? The most confusing layout of food items! Very unorganized, extremely expensive! This is my second time in the store and last time! I came to visit my son in Philadelphia and the store is within walking distance of his apartment, so it's convenient!, but I can't find anything that I'm looking for in this store. It's very confusing the way they have it set up. Takes too long to find things everything is scattered all over. The most overpriced grocery store I've been to. Very dirty! Please do yourself a favor and catch an Uber and go to any other grocery store near u! I'm used to shopping at Weis and Wegmans in Bethlehem and never would I have the issues I'm having with this chain. Management please go learn from Weis and Wegmans.

I just weighted my family size 2 lb. Bag of shrimp it weighted 1.4 lbs before taking shells off . Nice job ripping off the consumer acme.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! Judy, whoever she is in the hierarchy, was extremely rude because she had do scan my items (10 items, to be exact) again due a system error. She even ripped one of my grocery bags while grabbing the products back. Absolutely horrible scene and service. ACME should be embarrassed of that behavior.

Selling several gallons of expired Organic milk. It’s usually dated 1-2 months out. For $7/gallon, it’s pretty unfair to push that on customers.

It's a smaller store so the selection is condensed. But it works for me. Mondays and Tuesdays are not the days to shop here. I have been noticing big holes on the shelves on these days.

Bought a bunch of groceries, wanted to use the restroom before the ride home. No restroom. I get it, it’s Philly, but figure it out. Don’t be resigned to poor customer service.

I have always preferred shopping at ACME. The quality of the food items is quite good. They have a large selection of veggies and breads and just about anything else that a person could use.I love the seafood section. And the meats and chicken are always good.The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to shop here.The only area of improvement that they could work on. Is the deli section. I ordered a small amount of roast beef. Then I saw the slicer. It's appearance was shocking. Pieces of meat and cheese all over it. I was going to cancel but I didn't. When we got home I discarded the roast beef.I'm still giving it 5 stars. Because 95% of this ACME is very nice.I recommend shopping at this ACME.

I just had the worst experience with one of the shoppers! His name is Reviera? He actually cancelled a $150 order because I failed to greet him first! He calls me rude because I questioned him refunding items with no replacement offered, even though I did not ask for refund on any item.I will never by from Acme again!!!

Just average, nothing spectacular. Very lucky to have an urban grocery store though.
