I have to say Academy Hardware is conveniente because of the personal attention, and lower prices compared to big box stores. I don't give it a five star because I believe customer service could improve by being morr patient with clients.

Thanks, once again, to Academy Hardware for their personal nand knowledgeable service. We often forget about the small businesses in our neighborhood but you can NOT replace a place like this with a big box store. I had an unusual dilemma and they knew exactly what I needed to fix it.

My fiance and I came in to find a faucet adapter for our portable dishwasher because we don't know enough to find the right one online, and the man who assisted us was extremely helpful and friendly. We really appreciated having a knowledgeable person to help us find the right part for the job. It was a quick and easy process, and the piece was cheaper than any of the ones we saw online. And it works! Thank you Academy Hardware!
