It will take longer to deliver from an hour and a half away then it took my package to go across the entire country. Office staff really rude when calling. Will not use in future, esp not Philadelphia office as it seemed to move across the country fine.

What a disaster. They were totally unprepared. Truck was too big for the delivery location. Couldn't even get the pallet off the truck with a lift gate. They came knowing it was a residential location and a 8ft pallet can't be removed using a lift gate. The pallet was destroyed. The driver pretty much said he is retiring and doesn't care anymore.The company we purchased from, who subcontracted ABF freight, refunded the delivery charges after we sent the pictures of the mess. I assume ABF isn't getting paid.
