Went here on Monday. There is no thing as customer service at this store. Guy was least interested in showing me tiles and also talking to me. He just pointed me and said there are 4-5 tiles we have in the corner. I asked few followup question totally dis interested, in providing more details on size, colors patterns or even how can i order.
Looking such disinterested behavior I left. Would not suggest a place as they don't respect or take interest in customers. Basic 101 of sales is missing.

We had a great experience at AAA. We figured out that our existing cabinetry came from AAA and wanted to buy a few extra sections to build out our kitchen storage. Radin was so helpful in helping us identify the perfect extra pieces and went to extra mile to find some miscellaneous parts to make things easier on us.
Definitely recommend!

I am very happy and satisfied with the company, they have quality products and good service, but the customer service from Mrs. Victoria is very bad, she treated us with poor quality and we felt rejected just because we are Latino, she did not take interest in the orders and I have had to go back 3 times to change the product, which she sent wrong or did not send and when we called her to complain she only says that she does not know, and a job that should have taken 1 week we have been three weeks because she does not have quality in the service, it is regrettable that a company with so much prestige has a racist and very low quality person in customer service

Quality, competitive pricing and durability; what else can I ask for in purchasing bathroom items.
I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding—solid, durable, and beautifully crafted. Even more impressive is that the prices are unbeatable compared to the larger franchise stores. I did my research, and AAA offered far better value for money without compromising on quality.

I called to the store and speak with representative to we buy a shower door the hardware for the shower door is supposed to be brushed nickel
The handle comes brushed nickel and side panel channel comes chrome
I called the store they said is the way the door comes.
I don’t understand a shower door with 2 color hardware. ?

I have recently ordered white shaker cabinets from AAA Distributor. The service was excellent. Julia, my consultant was competent, courteous and patient. Julia replied promptly every time I called or emailed with questions. Cabinets are good value. Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Vitaly and AAA for years for all my kitchen cabinet needs as a contractor.
He is an expert when it comes to product knowledge and design.
AAA has both product and price point for all my customers which are diverse and demanding.
I will be using and recommmending AAA for years to come.

Personally, I had an amazing experience with this distributor, Diana was our consultant. My wife was able to give her the measurements and they provided a 3d rendering of what the room looks like with the products we picked. She was patient and walked us through the difference in cabinets, colors, and styles that matched our budget. Diana was personable and understanding during what was a stressful process for us. She made it fun and gave us a personal feeling that put my wife at ease in the decision making. The wearhouse did a tremendous job building and assembling the cabinets. They made sure to put mounting holes in the best locations to allow installation to go smoothly. I can't wait to start my next project with AAA as our preferred vendor for products

I have had their shelves for maybe 4 years now, and every shelf peg in our kitchen cabinets have broken. Every one. We have cabinets and they all have 2 shelves in them supported by the pegs, and I have had to replace every one. Cheap products, go anywhere else.

I ordered cabnits and stone from these crooks. The cabnits were fine they were mediocre and overpriced but it was fine. The stone tho is what ruined my entire kitchen. I wasted 15 grand with these thieves they sent me the wrong stone wrong color and they admitted it looks different. I talked to there manager and multiple people at the store and they are all saying that they can’t do anything now and can’t return it. Do not shop here everyone should boycott them
