Iris is warm, kind, and professional but she'll talk to you like you're a good friend of hers...she gives wonderful tips on hair care and how it's all linked to body care, skin care, just maintaining yourself OVERALL. She's saved my hair from me TWICE so far and she's made me beautiful each time!
