Had to fire my accountant because he didn't know how to work with my spreadsheets, which were simple and HR Block handled no problem. David tried to charge a $1200 accounting fee for 5 minutes of spreadsheet consolidation.
Regarding the tight timeline - last year my taxes took you 1 hour. This year my taxes were the same, plus 2 w-9's for payments I made. Not understanding the issue here.

I have been going here for years with Kyle who prepared my taxes but was recently very dissatisfied as he suggested that I allow his office to take his fee out of my taxes without sharing it would be a charge. He later lied and said he tells this to all customers. He conveniently ignored my emails and calls when I discovered the misleading and afterwards when I mentioned Better business bureau he then agreed to return my money. It's shameful of this action and was highly offended of the insult . I hope he can do better and not try this with other customers. Owner just replied to cover up what was done to me . I suggest you make sure that the tax preparer is operating with integrity. Kyle does not have any integrity.

The most loyal and best Tax preparation business I’ve ever experienced !!!! Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and friendly.. it’s the same people every year! That says a lot about how there employees feel working here! I’ve been a customer for over 25 years!! They mean what they say!

I just think they need more experienced tax preparers cuz the ones they got right now. They don't trying to find your extra money and if you ask a question they don't be knowing and they tax preparers. From last year and this year I give them a two and a half forget half

This absolutely was my last time spending any money to get my taxes done with A&M Berk. They overcharge and the associate that did my taxes did lower than the bare minimum of maximizing my taxes. My advice to the tax associates... DO MY TAXES AS IF YOU WERE DOING YOURS OR YOUR PARENTS!!!! TOTALLY DISCUSSED...
