Highly disappointed in this business and their lack of respect for previous customers and fellow neighbors.We've used A&M auto body twice. Once 2013 and around 2017 based on a recommendation from our mechanic at Superior Auto Body. Our past experience was great. Our current experience is a nightmare.We brought our car in July 17 and told we had a two week wait. Then we had a three week wait. Then, citing supply chain issues, we were told they're not sure but we're number one on the waitlist. Fast forward nearly six months, now we're number 3 on the waitlist with no end in site. When pressed they say they give preference to returning customers that pay cash.The lack of respect and communication is infuriating. Their office manager, Mary Anne, is mis-leading at best. At worst, not truthful.Service: Body & Trim

If you are looking for a repair shop, look no further! I brought my car here to be repaired and they were easy to work with, polite, honest, did an AMAZING job and detailed the car so beautifully that it looked as great as the day I bought it. Mike was fantastic with my first accident body damage repair. I was rear ended last week and I’m using his shop again. I would use him again and again but hopefully I will never have to again. He knows his craft and will look out for you even when others who are paid to try to cut corners. Highly recommend!Services: Painting

This shop did an amazing job and it's worth the wait to get in if they are full. They repaired my car, were easy to work with, polite and detailed my car so beautifully it looked like the day I bought it! I'm never going anywhere else!

A&M Auto Body is one of the most trustworthy companies that I've ever dealt with. I had the unfortunate need for lots of body work on my 2018 Civic within the first two years of my lease. Mike and his dad were so incredibly helpful, professional, fair, and timely. They truly do whatever's in their power to work with your insurance company and get the necessary repairs done in the best way possible. I also used them for some repairs on an older car years ago and that situation didn't involve insurance; Mike literally let me see the prices that shop was charged for the parts and was as fair and transparent as any business owner could possibly be. I've recommended them to friends and family several times over. No question, you'll be in good hands with these guys.Service: Body & Trim

Mike the owner is a great guy. Does all the communication with the insurance company so you don't have to. Truck looked like new when I got it back. Defiantly give them a shot.
