The female cashier working on 5/9/24 at 7:30 pm with the long black hair treated me with disrespect. After checking my ID, she proceeded to make fun of how I looked compared to my age. She invited a student who was hanging out in the store to join in on bullying me. They mocked me my entire time in the store.

Was yelled at by the cashier for allegedly stealing even though another cashier had just rung me up while waiting with a friend. Very disappointed, I frequent this place often and I will be avoiding it from now on.

Blonde cashier who was a heavier set woman working afternoon shift with heavy set tacky makeup was HORRIBLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Dont treat people poorly just because you feel that way. All i did was accidentally click cash back and she immediately berated me and screamed “Why would you do that?” And threw the cash at me because she was having register issues. Did i mention it was a single $5 bill? Absolutely ridiculous and a complete over reaction. Ive worked retail for years and have NEVER ever seen something like this or considered reacting this way no matter how much of a “inconvenience” something is to me. Your job is literally customer SERVICE. She then stormed out of her shift and refused anymore customers. I apologized at first and even offered for them to keep the cash because of the register issues but she was just overall extremely unprofessional. Its 7-11 girl calm down! Philly is always an experience but she made it worth never going into that store again. Might as well bum a cig by the septa or even pick one off the ground instead of trying to even bother with them. Wish it was possible to give zero stars. Just go to a gas station or cvs at this point.

If I could give zero stars I would. An old woman who works nights was the absolute worst, with the most disgusting attitude, and treated nearly everyone like garbage. Many people I witnessed, and myself, showed her kindness, and she raised her voice at nearly everyone. She snatched everything out of people’s hands, and was not just dismissive, but disdainful. PSA: if you’re a nasty person, don’t work with the public.

Everyone in this store is the rudest person I've ever met, got screamed "I DONT CARE" when asking if i should get all my items together before putting my pizza in the oven.Got asked by the male staff member if I "wanted to get kicked from the store" for opening the case to look for a lid for the drinks.Never coming back which I think was the intent.

Overpriced to scam poor, young college students. Don't have much good sales and you could find much better at other locations. Most employees are kind, however one man is awful. He may be the manager, he is short and has ugly crooked teeth. Very disrespectful to elderly women like me. Forced me to show him inside my purse because he thought I was stealing, only to find nothing. Very Rude.

The cashier lady working on 12.19 midnight shift was extremely unfriendly and rude. She had no attitude to other customers but was very harsh to me. And guess what, the only difference is that I’m Asian. Although I was polite to her throughout the whole process, I was deeply disappointed at how she can be selected to work here. If you live on the business of Temple students, you should respect the diversity and equality in this campus.I am giving this experience a 1 out of 5 only because I cannot select 0.

Prices were recently hiked, canned/bottled coffee isn’t stored in cold conditions, the store doesn’t appear to be open 24 hours and some staff are rude. Convenience is really all this store offers- no empty shelves fortunately.
