Good Evening Google Family. I have patronized this establishment but it was years ago. I came here today for one reason only. I wished to purchase gas today so I will not have to purchase gas tomorrow on my way to Delaware. No I hope I do not visit this gas station again. Very active spot. Too many kids around, asking if you wanted them to pump your gas. I do not have a problem with children asking that question and I am happy that they want to make money. It was just too many of them around and they were getting in folks' way. The owner should make it clear to them its ok to ask the customers about pumping their gas. Just be polite and courteous. Have a good night Google Family and don't forget to work out!!

Just want to thank an employee named Deborah I came here to get 20 dollars worth of gas plus some treats. keep in mind im very tired from working all morning so I handed her $45 dollars instead of $25 and she returned my extra $20. Its good to be honest in all thing she is very honest.

Lady closed the place 3 hours early, and after I filled up the gas the machine told me to see clerk for the receipt. I'm a student and need a receipt to get this reimbursed. She does not care, kept yelling she was closed, even though printing a receipt takes 2 seconds. She doesn't even need to unlock the door, she could just slide the receipt through. Bad practice to force driver to see clerk for receipt if the clerk is refusing to give it, and horrible demeanor on her part. At least let the machine give a receipt, or just give us the receipt in person like you forced us to do, ESPECIALLY since you're supposed to be open for another three hours. I will drive anywhere else to get gas...

People who work here day to day are great, but whoever owns this store is slacking big time. At times I wonder if they are trying to keep people away from their store. The heat is always blasting, no matter the weather outside for some reason. They’re running a bunch of fans in there so they know it’s hot. Opera music is sometimes played loudly outside. Shelves not stocked. And while you can earn 7/11 points, you cannot spend them because they do not have the right system.
Just a mess of a store and I feel sorry for those that have to work there because they deserve better

Safety concern. Two kids of one of the workers their or someone else often run around causing a lot of issues and behave unsafely. They throw stone in the building, parked cars and don’t really care. They being left unattended. Managers could you do something?

Terrible, terrible service. Stop letting unprofessional people with no people skill work. No matter what you shouldn’t argue back and forth with customers. I’m not saying the customers are always right. But the worker should be more professional and realize that we are spending our hard working money and shouldn’t have to deal with a argument over a question. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SUNOCO ON 46th & Walnut EVER AGAIN BECAUSE OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
