This store got new owners almost a year ago and it’s been down hill since. No cigarrettes anymore. The fridges and freezer have been broken on numerous occasions. They don’t even have whole milk the few times I’ve gone. Also the new employees are very rude and do not care at all. I used to visit the store frequently but lately I don’t see the convenience of this convenience store.

Double check your prices everyone. This store is known for having signs up for deals but it doesn't go through at the register unless you remind them of tell them about the promo. These 711s should use 24th and passyunk as a example on how to improve their stores.

Im tired of going to this location late night and the are not open. They are not open 24 hrs as listed on google and supposedly *verified by owner". They close at midnight and sometimes earlier. Not sure what time they open.
When i have been inside this location there is always a line and the cashiers are rude. They dont know how to add money to cash app like they are supposed to as they are listed on cash app as a vendor.

Was working at methodist hospital across the street & wanted something to eat, this place came up as being open 24 hours so I went, turns out they're not 24 hours. They were closed & locked up tight ???♂️

Online the hours say 24 hours. I just walked ten minutes in the rain for water for my pregnant wife at 3am, and the cashier that was stocking wouldn’t let me in. Continued to say “change the online hour listing to let people know the store opens at 5am”…really unbelievable..So you heard it here first folks-open from 5am-12am

I absolutely adore all the people who work during the day. I go in there one or two times every single day. But there is one guy there at night that I really believe ruins the entire experience. Everything I ask for he acts like I am bothering him huffs and puffs and intentionally takes his time if I ask him to do the thing he is employed to do. He is there tonight and It really ruins the entire experience. It’s a shame. If you don’t want to do the very thing you are there for why be there at all. I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for coming in to give this store my business. Or feel like I’m doing something wrong by asking this man to do his job. I’m not saying customer service is an easy job by no means. I am a server so I know it is difficult but my customers will never feel that from me.

Got a problem with a woman she's black and she's very rude to me and to some other people, I don't think she likes her job, I think that she should be disciplined or fired, I see her action rude around people that are white or so, she just has attitude and very rude and she's very lazy she don't leave the register and help me out on the floor she has an attitude with me and some other people in the store too. I'll be taking my business to some other store so sad that I have to go

This store is the best one in the area. Everything is always clean, well kept and they are never out of stock of iced coffee.
