As other more sensible reviewers have said… it’s a 7-11. A perfectly average one as far as they go… I don’t know what people expect from a local 7-11 in PHILLY to leave it a 1-star…!

Other than the challenge of parking, it was a 7-11. Moderately clean, staff was neither friendly nor hostile, got my cigars, smiled at me. Sure there were a couple homeless about, but it's freaking Philadelphia. Deal.
