In town visiting for the first time and walked to this location from my hotel in the middle of the night for a snack and it was closed! But it says it is open 24 hours. Please do better with your displayed times of business. Horrible!!!

I come to this store 3 to 6 times a week for over 2 years now.
Today I bought hot food and half of it was so old and burnt I threw it out. This is so disrespectful to a regular. I will now inconvenience myself for the next few weeks and go to wawa

There's a reason so many have given this place such low ratings. It's the single worst 7-11 I've ever been to (and THAT is saying a lot)!
The workers are prejudiced racialist pieces of inhuman garbage. They follow certain people around and make all types of unfounded accusations based on a complete absence of any evidence whatsoever. Like some kind of Studio 54, they often lock the doors at all/any hours, and then selectively choose who may or may not enter. And if you're a non-white male, are dressed too casually, appear to not be wealthy, or they just presume whatever negatives about you , they won't permit you to enter, to the point where I believe this place must be a money-laundering front, as they deny entry to so many customers, that business seems the last of their concerns.
It's extremely aggravating this place is run by such bigots, as it's the most centrally conveniently located of all the 7-11s, esp since the one behind City Hall closed down during the worst of COVID

Not 24/7 closes for 1 to 3 hrs every night between 12am and 4am. False advertising and definitely worth filing a lawsuit over. I’m not gonna do that but would not be surprised if someone did. Been like this for years and it’s only the 711’s in Philly. You can’t advertise as 24/7 and close for 1 to 3 hours every night!!!!!!

Not in fact open 24/7 despite advertising this. Employees just standing around inside and told me to come back in an hour. Very weird.

Hours are posted as 24 hours, but the place is locked late night. There was an employee inside but he signaled that it was closed.

Went to buy meds at 1:40 am. Doors closed, two employees inside just shook their head at me. Not open 24/7

I've tried several and none are open 24 hours. I was at 7 ELEVEN on Broad St and J. Kennedy around 2:40am and they are both closed. Lack of respect for customers!!!
