Elfie is an attentive, responsive landlord, and the studios are impeccably maintained and just such gorgeous, thoughtfully planned spaces. Plus, the building really takes you out of the hustle and bustle of the city, and finding parking is easy, which is a nice change. Love having our pottery studio here!

47arts Studios is just a good place to do your art. It is run by a sculptor who also has her studio in the building. The studios are really well maintained and in a pretty good neighborhood. The prices are reasonable and the owner is very quick to respond and is around most of the time. Just an all around great studio building.
