Had a small accident and came here to get it fixed.. and I will say it was a quicker turnaround time than I was expecting and the car looks good as new! Also appreciate the full car wash too!

Yeah they install my side mirror correctly..but scratched my hood my hood on my truck and then tried to lie about it...had to take out another claim on this spot...they in cohoots with the insurance company..itz all a scam..they do good work but very skechy!!..im not going back

Pretty bad damage to passenger door and quarter panel. After bringing it here car looks brand new. They even washed and cleaned the inside of the car and handled a minor damage that wasn’t even part of the claim. I couldn’t be happier!

I cannot recommend this auto body shop enough. I have been rear-ended twice since relocating to Philadelphia, and the second accident obliterated the back of my car. This was the first car of "my own" and I was really proud to be financing a brand-new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Long story short - Matt and the remainder of the team at Auto Body Collision were communicative, prompt, kind, and transparent throughout the entire repair process. Because my car was so new, many of the parts needed to repair it were on back order for over a month. Matt was diligent in contacting Subaru to get the necessary items to repair it back to its original condition. My car was returned back to me in a month's time despite extensive damage: bumper destroyed, exhaust pipe bent underneath, and rear view mirror camera requiring electrical rerouting. Anybody that has been in a similar situation understands how stressful it can be, and I was met with compassion and patience from the 360 Collision team. I will not bring my car anywhere else besides here moving forward.

My mom needed to get her car fixed while she was in town visiting me for Christmas. 360 was appointed to her by her insurance. We were nervous that her car wouldn’t be ready in time for her to travel back home but the staff had us in and out. Everyone was SUPER friendly. When we picked the car up, they went the extra mile to wash it before handing the keys back over.

They did an awesome job on my badly damaged Toyota. The staff was courteous and professional, especially Matt! They kept me posted on the progress of the repair. I would highly recommend 360 Collision to my friends and family!

This shop repaired my car after someone broke into it to TRY to steal it! The workers at this repair shop did a wonderful job of repairing my car and keeping me in the loop along the way! I will be recommending this shop and will use them in the future if ever necessary again!

These people are great. My car got hit and run while I was parked (typical Philly stuff). My insurance recommended I go here and I agree everyone should. They replaced my two passenger doors and my front bumper, it looks newer than when I bought the car. They cleaned the outside and inside very good too. The adjusters were very nice and friendly and the front counter girls were great too. Super easy, super friendly, and my car was fixed within 2 weeks which is an excellent amount of time with the damage it had. No issues driving it off and post inspection.
