Don’t ever live in a PMC apartment!!! Materials are all cheap, management is aggressive and unresponsive, and prices are unreasonable. I had to visit their downtown office just to get a leaking pipe fixed.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Break-ins are basically a daily occurrence at this point. During the day, deadbolts locked, dogs at home--- doesn't matter.

Terrible building management. There have been over two dozen robberies in the last month in apartments with deadbolted doors. Clearly the robbers have access to the apartments and management is refusing to pay for security cameras, new locks, or any effective solutions.
