Went in for an out of state inspection and they knew exactly what to do. Got me in quickly and had the inspection done in about an hour with all the paperwork. Will definitely be coming back next time I need any work done on my car!

I’ve been taking my car here for over a year and it is always a wonderful experience. As a woman I am constantly worried that a car place would over charge me and fix things that didn’t need fixing. This place is very open about what needs fixed and when. They never over charge me and are very clear about what needs to be done. I drive an older car and they will tell me what needs replaced and when. They always walk me through everything they did. Would absolutely recommend, they are so great!!!! Honestly could not recommend this place enough!!!!

First Rate services my car and three children’s vehicles. We trust them and their team of mechanics, literally with our lives. We wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. Ron and Joe are fair and honest. Years ago, I took my car elsewhere for inspection because it
was over-due and there was a station down the block which made it convenient. I was told by the owner of the station that I needed rotors for $1200.00 and he could not pass my vehicle. I called my children, and they told me to call First Rate before doing anything. I brought my car to them only to be told I did not need rotors and they were fine. Integrity and honesty equals respect for their customers. They are the best!!!!

I’m pretty loyal to another local mechanic but they were booked, and I was in a pickle this week and came here on a friends recommendation! While they weren’t able to do the repairs on my Volvo (parts), they were honest, quick, and super helpful in diagnosing the issue. Great communication and will definitely be back!

Woke up to a flat, called to see if they could see me they told me to bring it over. My neighbor and I re-inflated the tire and I hurried over. Was in and out in about a half hour. They patched the tire and it was $30. I made it to work on time!!! Thanks guys.

Updated 4/5/2024: Took my car in for an inspection today and they helped mix a slow leak in my tire. Probably my fourth time taking a vehicle to this shop, and they are always excellent.

Brought my car in for an oil change, brakes and rotors. During intake, they listened to my concerns, made notes and suggested possible causes and remedies. Car was done in the same day and was given an itemized statement. The exit mechanic explained how to avoid some of my issues in the future and offered advice on any additional concerns I had.
Definitely recommend!

Recommended by a new neighbor about 2 years back and I'm ashamed it's taken this long to leave a review. From being lied to and treated as a not so equal to my male counterpart by chain garages finding these amazing professionals was a blessing! When I saw the waiting area chairs completely filled by woman I knew I found something special! After having a panic attack about not having my correct paperwork the kind man talked me down while looking up everything online to verify. Then explained all details of my repair and broke down pricing. I have recommended this garage to a coworker who had the same great experience as I had. Will continue to sing their praises! Going back this morning for a check up!?
