Petrolia mini mart will no longer receive any business from myself after several years of coming here. Terrible communication and lack of customer support with the owner regarding money that is owed to me from one of their slot machines. Misplaced my slot ticket now “nothing can be done.” Camera footage and very specific timelines show I am not lying or out to scam a local business. I should not have to beg for an update on MY money. Simply reprinting my ticket is too hard to do I guess.

One of the workers there lived with my boyfriend and stole $600 from him so he stopped going in. Then when we went in to cash our $3 lottery ticket(we live 3 minutes from it), they were rude to us and deliberately stole the ticket and said it didn’t win. Alex(was the male worker) who didn’t even beep it out of spite towards us. This was very unprofessional of him even though I’ve never met him and was nothing but respectful and kind. I’m from Butler Pa and where in from we do not tolerate thieves or give them our money. Highly unsatisfied. Count your money.

Very convenient for anyone living in or traveling through Petrolia. It's true that their prices are a little high but I've never had an issue with credit cards not being accepted or gas pumps not working... things that happen in other small towns.
