Absolutely terrible experience ! He overcharged me for work that didn’t need done just so he can charge me to do other work. Was Extremely rude. Car still has the same issue he allegedy fixed. Giant SCAM!!! Im pretty sure his wife made a pass at me while i was down there. Very awkward situation!! Avoid this garage by all means !!

Mike is a great guy who will accommodate your schedule. I called on a Monday afternoon and had new brakes on my truck by Wednesday afternoon. He was upfront with the estimate can competitively priced. He's also really knowledgeable about auto repair as he has been in the business for decades. Only feedback is if he could update my car in carfax.

I couldnt even begin to start how wrong he is. He charged me close to $1,000 for work done. I supplied all the parts, he charged me for the parts and labor. Putbused brakes in my car, when he charged me for new. After 4 months my brakes started to pulsate, called him, and told me to come in, and he would fix it. But he was gonna charge me for labor. Scam alert! My car was vibrating when moving and sounded like a chainsaw was running in my car with no muffler. I checked the wheels, there was some play, and concluded that I probably needed a wheel bearing replacement. Just one wheel. I was quoted about $450, but whatever. I didn't have time to shop around for another quote. I need the vehicle to drive to work.He pretended to do the repairs while I sat in the shop (I would conclude that a part was stuck and he couldn't get it off to replace it) and charged me the full 450. I asked him how bad the wheel bearing was, and he just gave a weird look. He then proceeded to tell me that the reason the car was vibrating was that the transmission was bad (really? even with the car coasting in neutral?) and that it would be about $2000 to replace the transmission.Meanwhile, I was out $450, the car still vibrates, and I need it fixed.I took it to another shop, they quoted me under $250 for BOTH FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS and I have no vibration. And based on my previous visits, I can conclude that he probably tacked on additional bogus charges on the repairs being made. For example - I was getting master cylinder work done, and I was charged for 'brake line replacement' when there was no fluid leakage at all.Service: Steering/Suspension
