I was referred to Craters & Freights in Philadelphia by an auction house, to have a painting shipped from Pennsylvania to Israel. The care taken by Craters & Freighters in Philadelphia, their courtesy, assistance and help were outstanding. The painting was expertly crated, and the shipping was not only timely but surpassed my expectations. The quality of the packing was unparalleled, the attention to details and care were remarkable. I highly recommend Craters & Freighters in Philadelphia for their outstanding services and will definitely approach them again if I will have any item to be shipped to Israel. Shipped a very valuable and expensive desktop computer across country, and these guys crated it fantastically. Delivery was a bit delayed but this was out of their control. Everything was custom built and fitted perfectly for minimal movement in transit. The thing actually turned on when plugged in which I did not expect at all. Bubble wrap and packing was very generous and well done. Highly recommend.

it took so long from pick up to starting delivery.You picked the freight up from our storage on 03/16/22 and it was not transferred to trucking company until today. 03/29/22I can't believe it took 13 days for crating.After one week of pick up, I had contacted your company almost every day. Whenever I called, they kept saying my freight was in the queue and it was going to be picked up in a couple of days.I had to excuse my customer almost everyday saying the delivery would start the next day.The period of crating was not acceptable.Not happy with the service only this time.

wonderful experience! the staff I dealt with was friendly and personal. really flexible and patient with me as I juggled delivery dates around so that I'd be available for delivery. I shipped my mothers hope chest from south Jersey to southern California. was very worried about damage. wound up being blown away with the care they took to pack and ship it. very impressive to say the least. highly recommended!!! nice job everyone!!!

I purchased a rare large 1950's transmitter from North of Chicago. Craters and Freighters of Chicago handled the pickup and crating, and Craters and Freighters of Philadelphia handled the delivery. The 850 pound crate (and the transmitter inside) arrived in perfect condition. The delivery people really know what they are doing, they uncrated the unit and moved it into my house with no damage to either the transmitter or the house.

I had been trying to get a shipping company to move some furniture across the country, as part of an estate settlement. Everyone I contacted would either not respond, required me to crate it or charged an outrageous price-point. Thankfully, I found Craters & Freighters. They quoted (and charged) me 1/3 of what others were quoting. were super-responsive, while being friendly and helpful when they came to pick up the furniture. Moreover, when they arrived, the consignee contacted me to tell me what a great job they did packaging the furniture. I can't recommend them enough.

Horrible. Mediocre customer service, they lost my computer screen and did nothing to remedy the situation. Getting responses from them was painful, to say the least. They didn't even do the "white glove service" I paid for correctly. Go with ANYONE else. Second time I've had a bad experience with this company.

I recently hired Craters & Freighters out of Perkiomenville, PA, to pick up an item from an auction house and deliver it to me in NE Philadelphia. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They kept me up-to-date on picking up my item and delivering it. The two gentlemen who delivered the item were extremely professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable. This is an A++++++Company.
