Josh was an absolute dream to work with. He kept me informed every step. He had the code to my house and would come and go as needed. The house was uninhabitable due to major water damage.I wish he could be the project manager for the rebuild, because the mitigation has been by far the easiest process so far.I would highly recommend to anyone in need.Service: Water damage cleanup

The Company did a excellent Job at responding to a fire sprinkler leak. Clean up and tear out were good. Stay away from them for restoration. They are not the best in handling Subcontractors and bringing in the Job on time. They do not adequately screen subs and even switch them during the Project, because they do not stay on top of them. They also caused damages to some fixtures during tear out and left many uncompleted tasks. I had to pay a Technician just to get my TV Sound System working, left my Stereo Rack in a pile without reconnecting anything. They finally sent a Technician to reset it up a year later. I had step ladder & push broom disappear. I made requests to them for a number of months, and no action was taken. I was sidelined by medical issues and was unable to keep making requests for an extended period during my convalescence. Many details I had to take care of myself. reconnecting lights, missing faceplates and screws. Too many to mention. Attention to detail is not their strong suit. 14 months later I am still dealing with getting one damaged fixture repaired. They are nice People to deal with. Buyer beware if you are considering them for the restoration portion of your disaster. I only went with them because they were 1 of 2 recommended by my Insurance Company. As a long time Landlord I have years of experience dealing with Various Contractors, this by far has been one of the worst experience I have ever encountered. They do try hard to please and I give them credit for that. They just lack the expertise to execute like a Professional General Contractor. The picture below is of my kitchen floor 14 months after start of project. My Island is finally back @ ServiceMaster and my Cabinet Maker is picking up tomorrow. thanks to Jody for all her hustle and Ed for cooperating. I do I have some additional Cost that Ed promised to pay for and my Contract will be complete.

Derek Grim came out to evaluate a moisture and mold issue in a residential property after it was discussed with him on the phone what was going on. He did not wear a mask the entire time, saying "he already had COVID" as his excuse. Then he was combative when asked how to fix the problem and said the problem couldn't be fixed and that only the use of the biggest dehumidifiers available could mitigate the moisture citing that "new windows in older houses don't breathe". Derek did not determine the source of the moisture and did not offer a way to fix the problem. This was an exceptionally disappointing experience which resulted in the loss of the sale of a home.

They were just awesome! I trusted them in my house when I wasn't home and Chris and Cassie were constantly in touch!! I had a kitchen flooded and they went above and beyond the expectations of what they were charged with doing!!!
I have reptiles and one, Sassy is a 3 foot long Savannah Monitor who has free range of the household and Cassie, who is not a reptile person, checked on him, locked in my bedroom and called me almost every day to let me know he was alright!!!
What other company does that!?!
If I ever have a problem with water/fire damage, I know who I'm calling!!!!

I had 3 floors of emergency water damage due to a broken toilet on the top floor! Water everywhere! They sent 2 young men to do a man’s job! They showed up for 5 hours the first day; and 1 hour the second day and left because they stated my home was too HOT to work due to their heaters/blowers drying out my home! This could have been a major disaster for me; as I am a SR. Citizen! I released them of their services and hired ServPro who did an excellent job!

When the water heater in my home burst and flooded the basement, they were on the scene within 30 minutes, brought the right equipment and took care of everything. I have also used them for carpet cleaning and they are so thorough and respectful of your furnishing and home. Totally happy with their work and personnel.

I recently experienced a fire in my home and chose to use BuxMont ServiceMaster for the clean up. I could not be happier with the service. No one in my family has ever experienced damage to their home and I had no idea what to expect. Derek and Jodi walked me through each and every step. My home looks like nothing had every happened and they completed the work as soon as possible. I was treated as if I was family and although I hope to never experience this again, if I did, I would use them without question.
