411 Doylestown Rd, Montgomeryville“I have only ever had pleasant and helpful experiences at this post office location, unlike others in the past. I know it’s a hard job working at USPS so I appreciate the service quality and kindness the employees give their customers regularly! They also are so sweet when I have to stop in with my toddler. They usually offer him a sticker or a lollipop. Thank you! ??”

7790 Easton Rd, Ottsville“I have lived in Harleysville for 19 years and have always found the staff very pleasant ( especially Cindy) .Sometimes there are lines, but due to cutbacks it’s expected . There has been “fill in “ staff occasionally and maybe not as experienced. Cannot believe some of these nasty comments !!!!”

165 California Rd, Quakertown“We need to remember that this post office, like most, serves hundreds, if not thousands, of homes. They are short-staffed, as most businesses are, and often one person is doing the job of 3 or 4. That is not the fault of the tellers. In that I am in there a minimum of three times a week and have been for years, I have watched these people doing their best for us in the strangest and most difficult of situations. I have never heard any one of them curse, deny service or turn someone away UNLESS the office is closing - we all want to go home at closing time.We all want to be treated with respect and kindness - from the people who serve us AND from the people we serve. I applaud anyone who deals with the public for 8, 10, 12 hours a day and can still retain a smile and bubbly personality at the end of every single day.Tom, you lead the pack - it has been a blessing to have you as the caretaker of my packages.Maybe we all need to step back and remember we are human. Sometimes I just ask a normally bubbly postal employee who seems "off" if he or she is having a bad day? You know it brings a smile to his/her face? Sometimes they need human kindness and courtesy just as much as we do.Tom, Caroline, Tiffany, Usha, Brittany, Amy - hugs to you. I couldn't do your job with the same professionalism. Happy New Year!”
