Extremely expensive, very rude. They open at 8 don't expect anyone until 830. They charge 750.00 to tow a cycle 1.5 miles. I mentioned that they have driven 15 miles in an ice storm to tow an F250 and only charged 350.00, I was told that wasn't an emergency. The kicker is we told the cop to leave the cycle in a friends driveway that was right there. The cop didn't say he had an issue with that, didn't say anything, we lived 3 miles away and could have had someone there in 10 minutes to get the bike. The law needs to be rewritten. Never will do business with this place again.

This company is a joke. They are unprofessional and over charge for services. The staff is rude and ignorant. Keep a close eye on everything if you use them. I'd highly recommend Staying far away from this company. Clowns

Kirks Auto Body was professional, friendly, and helpful with my auto repair. They work with my insurance company and the car rental company and me. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Was stuck in the snow on my way to work, my insurance company couldn't find me a tow truck . I called Kirk's and Billy came and got me out no problem. Excellent service and Billy was very helpful. Thanks for saving the day for me!

Had a bus get stuck while trying to turn around, I'm guessing the police called Kirk's to get the bus unstuck. They pulled the bus about 5 feet (according to the driver and video). Results: Bus unstuck for $1800.00!!!!! Will NEVER do business with these guys again!!!!

They tow my truck 5 miles and charge me $3500. Biggest Robbery please don’t use them. They will rob you when they hook up your truck.

I locked my keys in my car at 8pm on Christmas Eve and the owner showed up within 20 minutes, and got the keys out within 5 minutes. Didn’t even charge me! Super nice guy and I am so grateful!

If they tow your car on a Friday evening or over the weekend, don't expect to see your vehicle until Monday. They are closed weekends, hold your vehicle hostage and then charge a ransom for "storage," regardless of how involuntary the storage is.

Excellent staff and service!! I recently ran over a curb in a tight intersection and tore my rocker panel off. Kirks Auto fixed that and a dent I had previously gotten, replacing both my left rocker panel and left front fender. I went to pick it up and saw I could not even tell what was repaired...the new parts and the paint were a perfect match! Bill Kirk went above and beyond and fixed a couple of things that were not on the estimate. When I paid the bill, it ended up being $200.00 below the estimate!! Highly recommended!!

The tow truck driver was fast getting to me and took me home for free. My insurance is accepted by Kirk's so I didn't pay for towing or storage fees.

Kirk's is a totally uncooperative outfit. They do what they want not responsive to the customer....whenever they happen to want to do it. Open 24 hours.....not! It's just a 24 hou telephone answering service.

Recently, Kirk's recovered my mother's car after an accident. As a result of injuries and age related matters, I assisted my mother in dealing with the situation. Kirk's personnel were rude and obstruction ist. The thought of dealing with Kirk's leaves me cold and I will never use Kirk's for collision repair.
