Absolutely fantastic!My husband and I recently moved to this area and had found a different local mechanic we used a few times, but a neighbor mentioned (aka highly recommended) Grandview Service Centre so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did because I've never received such quick and phenomenal work and customer service. This co deserves 5 stars all around. I arrived promptly at 8am for the oil change I scheduled and Andrew knew who I was right away (well done on scheduling, no overlap or having to wait to be seen!). He was a pleasure to speak with send took my car right away. I typically wait at least an hour at other shops or even dealerships so I expected the same here and brought my laptop so I could work utilizing their free wifi (thank you GSC!), which was great enough to allow me to soooo I didn't lose too much time out of my day. What shocked me was that within 30 minutes, the car had an oil change done as well as their complimentary battery test, which thankfully showed the battery was in good condition. The fact that Andrew didn't try to sell me or convince me that a new battery was needed when this one worked just fine truly speaks to the customer service and not trying to take advantage of customers. As if I wasn't already impressed with the customer and speedy services, I saw a cute little gift bag-type item on my passenger seat. I'm not sure if this is typical for oil changes or maybe because we're new to the area and they're extra generous on your first visit, but it's a nice extra touch giving your customers an extra little something, including a calendar and sanitizer. Thanks Andrew and the GSC team! We definitely plan to continue having our car serviced here.
