They suck at calling you for your prescriptions when ready. Must be nice to do a job and get paid to be lazy there drive thu service sucks you wait freaking longer than going inside and the don't answer there phone stay away.......

You never have any medicines in stock. Than they expect you to wait 5 days for pain medicine when you are in serious pain. They also are always out of stock on surgical pads. I thought this was a pharmacy. Guess not.

The clerk was very kind, and thoughtful. Always goes above and beyond, what is expected of her.Very nice to see this , especially in a young person.

This is my go-to CVS to shop, and I've never had a problem. It's always pretty clean and I always find what I'm looking for. Never any issues with coupons. I love self checkout. Employees have always seemed nice to me!I did come here last night to get vaccinated (with an appointment). Despite the pharmacy looking swamped, it did not take that long at all. The guy who did my vaccine was super friendly, very fast, and it did not hurt! I think my receipt said his name was Dong Hun (shout out to him). I know all pharmacies deal with so many issues regularly between national med shortages, staffing, and angry customers... appreciate yall! I know it's not easy! ?

The store can be a little sloppy in there, I'm not sure, they are probably understaffed.
The pharmacy people are the best
Super polite.
Drive through goes slow sometimes.
I like this place.
Good vibes.
Good staff.

The kids who work here are like zombies. Schlep their feet and act like you're inconveniencing them. I hope corporate replaces all of them with robots. What's the point of having a kid run the register when he's to busy thumbing his rear end in the office supplies section on his phone

A lot of really bad comments on here but I don’t think people realize how bad ALL pharmicies are these days. Honestly, mines SO bad out in the middle of no where I come here anytime they don’t have my normal script at my home town CVS, and honestly, they always seem to have it and better communication than mine. Don’t get me wrong I hate CVS and their service but I really have to say the group of people that work here put them above the other local CVS’s.

Nice clean store, plenty of selection. Good pharmacy staff. But PLEASE open up at the time that is posted on the store hours sign, and open ON TIME!

Messy store, there is always a problem filling a prescription, drive through is a disaster! For month only one lane is open and it’s being used to Covid testing, which means you get stuck for 15/20mins! That’s not the meaning for a drive-through! There is usually 5 people behind the counter so it can’t be blamed on staff shortage!

Pharmacy never answers. Many times I've called about prescriptions and transfers and they won't pick up. I'll stay on call for a long time, no answer. I'll call multiple times, no answer. I'll call different days at different times, no answer. I'm always late for my medicine because my insurance doesn't let me pick up early and this CVS always takes a few days before I can finally pick up my medicine. The store itself is well stocked for what it has, and the cashiers are nice. The pharmacy just straight up sucks.
