I had a horrible experience here. Choi was very rude. She didn’t ask me what shaped I wanted and went upon herself and did what she wanted. After I clearly told her what I want. The French is not even. On my other hand they are completely different. Horrible experience.

I absolutely love Julie. She does such a great job every time! She is nice, thorough, precision to detail and gentle. I highly recommend her.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They didn’t greet us or speak to us when we came in. They just looked at us. Jinnie was extremely rude and cold when doing my nails and kept on messing up both my mani and pedi. She also ignored me a few times when I was trying to speak to her and was very dismissive and abrupt with me. When I was trying to have her correct the mistakes she making with my nails, she started being extremely rough with my hands and using too much force. She even proceeded to shove me when walking by! My nails still look very bad and they costed me $110! They were supposed to be shaped like coffins but Jinnie didn’t even know about the different nail shapes nor did she know how to do them. There was a language barrier. I originally wanted French tip nails but had to choose something else since she didn’t know how to do them. I couldn’t get the nails I wanted because she couldn’t understand me. Many of my nails are crooked. She didn’t even file, buffer or cut down my natural nails for the acrylics nor did she ask me if I wanted them to be. The old man working the register was very rude and nasty with me. He called me a pest multiple times which I do not appreciate. He was also completely inappropriate with me and was rubbing my back and shoulders while wishing me a happy birthday which I do not appreciate. This violated my boundaries on so many levels and made me extremely uncomfortable. This experience was not worth it. I have never felt more disrespected and violated in my life. It’s as if they didn’t want us to come back with how horrible they treated us. My toes look horrible. Jinnie didn’t put enough nail polish on them and you see my discolored nail beds. I paid $70 for them! This place does not know how to do French tip nails and their prices are overcharged. They are also extremely unsanitary. They used old nail equipment on us and stuck it back into the package as if it was new! They also took back the disposable pedicure flip flops that they gave us only to put them back in their drawers to reuse. They didn’t even give us the option of leaving with them. They just took them off of our feet. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I had the worst experience ever this afternoon. Choi was extremely rude and disrespectful with no customer service. She was pulling and pinching my hands and when I asked her to be more gentle, she laughed. I do not recommend this place at all. They are extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. They reuse the disposable flipflops. I noticed with my sister and myself that they made us give them back at the end of our appt and stick them in the drawers of the other opened flipflops. $115 dollars for a horrible job. I believe they overcharged since I got gel nails (an extra $20) which I’ve never heard of and when I brought it up, they said it was normal procedure. Extremely disappointed! I should have got up and left mid appt but I didn’t want to make a scene, never again!

The employees are all very friendly. I've been in three times now for my nails. They do a decent job although my nails start to lift after about a week. I use my hands a lot for work, in and out of gloves and constantly washing my hands.

I've tried a few different local nail places, been doing the dip manucure. I will absolutely keep going back to Coco! They are a little more expensive then the others I've tried but they put so much work and care into your nails it's amazing. My nails always look great and they last the entire time until I go back for the next!

I had a fantastic experience with Joy at CoCo Nails! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and today she went above and beyond, considering my tight schedule due to a doctor's appointment. Joy's thoughtfulness and dedication to finishing my manicure/pedicure in record time were truly appreciated. I highly recommend her for exceptional service.

I really enjoy this place, they play nice music and the front guy is super sweet. There is a bit of a language barrier but it wasn’t that bad for me since I understand korean haha. Only one problem is eunnie accidentally nicced my finger when she was filling but it's barely noticeable, but accidents happen. I would definitely come back.

I was stuck in the area with a dead phone, and asked to come in to charge a little so I could get myself a ride home. Ownwe and staff were so sweet, and they had a wide selection of products from what I saw. Will absolutely come to get my nails done sometime

I had an APPOINTMENT for a pedi that was interrupted multiple times and rushed thru. There were 3 of us ladies drying and one woman came up and said “we close now” it was 5:30, they close at 6. When we said we wanted to wait til we were dry since we paid for the service she laughed then spoke probably unkind words about us to the other lady then shut the lights out. The pedicurist did not sanitize the nail clipper or cutical cutter tools from the last person who she used them on. I believe they should have been sanitized using a blue light. When I asked her if the tools had been cleaned ( mind you I saw that she did not do so) she simply rinsed them in the pedicure basin next to me. I believe they were busy, but this should not have happened. I won't be coming back, and I am a repeat customer. I pray I don't get a fungus.Service: Pedicure

The person that gave me a pedicure rushed through the entire procedure. I don't even think I got to soak my feet for three minutes. Some steps she even skipped. I'm not new to pedicures I know how it works, I know how long it takes. I don't think I'll go back. There are many other nail salons in the area where I live. I don't think I need to give my money to a business that doesn't appreciate me as a customer.
