This place has been great. We have been "tenants" here for 15 yrs (give or take). Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. Didn't raise their rates too much over the years. TJ was very pleasant and helpful on closing the lease and maintaining the property.

Wonderful experience working with 313 Self-storage. We stored personal furniture and other items for about three months. Unit was clean and dry. All our belongings were in perfect condition the entire time stored in the facility. TJ was very helpful. Would highly recommend 313 Self-Storage for your storing needs. Cost is fair as well.
