“I don't live in Muncy, so I don't typically use the car wash. However... I happened to be in the area, and my car needed a quick wash, so I stopped. I used the automatic was bay. Long story short, the machine was having a bad day, and I needed to call the number posted at the facility. I'm thinking nobody is going to answer... and, even if they do, they aren't going to do anything. Y'all! The OWNER answered... APOLOGIZED... CAME IMMEDIATELY to the car wash... REFUNDED me what I had paid AND gave me a FREE wash! Not only did he apologize and make it right, he went above and beyond! Did I mention it was Easter weekend!? Kudos to him and this business!!”

“We really loved this place in the beginning, but the last few times we went our dog got out because the door didn't lock, the water is to hot for our dog, and strap is broken that keeps the dog in the tub.”

“I only use the self serve type of car wash as I don't trust automatic ones and only if my car is too dirty to clean with a waterless wash. The self serve side has a good pressure washer for soap and rinse.”
