Great service! However, I felt bad for the technician trying to input my husband’s retired military identification card to input insurance. There should be a handbook to reference for specific code information since these cards are different than traditional insurance, and the system was not helpful to her. Perhaps this hasn’t happened before. She even called back to try to fix, and input. Stellar costumer service! Thank you

Painful blood draw. Then lost my boodwork. Never submitted anything. Didn't want to answer any questions about it when I ask them. Extremely unprofessional.

Zero stars! These ladies are miserable and strictly enforce masks, yet don’t have one to provide you when you don’t have one!! Awful experience, complete Karen’s, make the drive to gilbertsville lab corp, much much much more pleasant and leave masking optional as it should be!

Donna is the best and she is super sweet! I have been coming here for years! I don’t have the best veins and everytime I come in here she is always able to get a vein would definitely recommend this place!

I had the best experience at Pennsburg Labcorp. I wish I would have caught the woman’s name who helped me. She was kind and easy to talk to, and she had me in and out of the chair in less than 5 minutes. It was painless and easy. Great experience!

I’ve been there a lot throughout 2 pregnancies. I wish there was better security as a homeless person stole needles and ran out in less than 30 seconds the last time I was there. Thankfully I didn’t have my kids with me.

I visited Lab corp today.Check in was by computer, only 4 persons allowed into the lobby.I waited about 10 minutes since I was #4.Donna assisted me.I’m not fond of bloodwork and she went out of her way to make me feel at ease.Donna was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.I would highly recommend this facility.

The person who drew my blood was very skilled. Didn't even feel the needle. First LabCorp experience was pleasant enough. Sometimes it's hard to get a timely appointment

Visited there today and lab tech was friendly, efficient and helpful. She explained well the process I had questions about. I would recommend the Pennsburg Lab Corp office.

No hand sanitizer available to cleanse before or after having to touch door handle to enter the patient area. Patients wearing masks incorrectly not corrected by technicians making the lack of sanitation much worse.
