I recently contemplated removing my belongings and taking them to another facility due to rising rates. I stopped by the office and spoke with Sandra about my situation. She was very understanding and professional. She took my concerns to upper management and called me within a couple of hours with a resolution. Thanks to Sandra and her immediate response I am keeping my belongings here and will recommend this facility to others. Sandra was beyond helpful and provided exceptional service. Thank you!

Rented storage locker online Jan 12th. They advertised locker at $185 month and free month. I was billed $199.34 . I tried to call multiple times and no one returned my call. On Feb 2nd I was billed $247. 08 and again called and left another message. No return call. Again billed $247.08 for March, April and May. Again we call trying to reach someone and no return calls. Finally we spoke w/ person and was told that was the rate!!! What happened to their advertised price at $185 and where is our free month?? And better yet we received a letter last month that they are raising our monthly rate to $290.54 as a loyal customer . According to their management they are claiming the price online is for only certain lockers?? This is the biggest scam! You cannot get ahold of anyone as they do not answer their calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ps if you go on their website today the same locker is advertised at $179 month and full month free!!

As a contractor doing work for pennsburg location, it's has been a pleasure working w melaine. She is very professional and when u walk in she greets u w a smile that makes it easy to talk to her. Very easy to work w and gets answers right away. Look forward to working w her.
