The service in the front of the store is extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem I have is with how hot the inside of the store is. I as a customer was sweating while shopping and waiting in line and the poor employees are all red in the face and sweaty, there is no reason anyone should have to work in those conditions. Corporate needs to turn their air on or lower the temp. Before an employee or customer passes out.

The new store manager is absolutely rude and definitely taking the entire crew with her..profiling is top notch especially with Trisha...avoid this place.If you know you know! She's very rude,immature and unprofessional,Am sure she would be the first one to talk to an employee about rudeness unless it's part of the qualifications##bring Kim back!!

The pharmacist during the weekend of January 20th was rude. She chastised me for not filling my prescription sooner and then ignored me without providing additional details. Upon my insistence for a clear recommendation I was told me that the drug was not available at all at CVS. I was directed to go to the rite aid in Quakertown PA. upon my arrival I found out that they could not fill the prescription because they did not have an order from the doctor directly for their pharmacy. I'm uncertain as to why the CVS pharmacist would direct me to a different pharmacy when there is a law (as told to me by rite aid pharmacist) that the provider must send the prescription to a certain location in order to be filled.

I called and tried to speak to the pharmacy about an error in billing when they're filling my prescription and the lady says, "Please hold" and promptly hangs up on me. THE WORST CVS in the county and awful customer service. They just don't care and neither do their corporate contacts.

This location refused to fill my pain medication after oral surgery. I initially understood because of the explanation that it was a technical discrepancy, but they were connected with the office for confirmation. Pharmacist still refused to fill the script. You’re telling me that no one in Pennsburg has ever gotten pain medication filled from the surgeon 10min down the road from you before? The surgeon’s office said they’ve never had this issue with any pharmacy. Instead, the person I spoke to from this CVS suggests I go around to other pharmacies and effectively beg for pain medication post oral surgery. Ridiculous.

New pharmacist please, God is ?️watching you. You make decisions on giving clients their per scribe life saving meds when u think they should get it by telling lies saying we don’t have it…now someone has to suffer a few days because of you. You know who you are , sleep well at night ok if you can …. And when you can’t, you’ll remember all of the people you intentionally hurt.

I am done with you all. This is the third time I have had a problem filling my meds. Now they are denying my secondary because they refuse to run it a different way. I can't get my important meds because of CVS. I've been out and cannot afford the co-pays. So thanks guys. The only CVS that cannot get anything right.

Just save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. They don’t answer their phone and can’t fill prescriptions for days… even for an infant.

Simply put, they're understaffed. Pharmacies around the country are struggling because the people in charge don't want to hire enough pharmacists to actually keep the place running, so what ends up happening is the pharmacists become overworked and drained. They are less likely to provide adequate service to customers and they're mentally and emotionally suffering. It's no wonder pharmacists going on strike. They're working their hardest to answer the phone, fill prescriptions, tend to the registers, consult with customers, tend the drive-through window, and administer vaccines and COVID tests. That is a ridiculous amount of work to expect from a handful of people and customers and employees alike are suffering because of it. I hope that the employees are taking care of themselves and that they get some additional help soon.
Aside from the pharmacy, the store's products are very overpriced and it can take a while to get a cashier.
