It's says on his website he will work with you in a friendly manner the guy that works there is rude it's like he doesn't even wanna be there.the prices are crazy. He wants to sell everything for top dollar he won't go down at all and we you go to sell guns or gold he wants it for dirt cheap like he wants you to just give your stuff too him I was looking to buy a gun off him wasn't gonna but that day was gonna juts look around to see what I like was gonna come back and he told me DONT WASTE MY TIME so if your going to just look around and see what you like don't come here he just wants your moneyAs fast as he can get it STAY AWAY!

This review is a little late just wanted to share my gratitude and express the generosity of crown firearms I had purchased a Taurus 357 revolver elsewhere and I could not find any local shops that had a iwb holster since it was a 3 in barrel while doing some errands I stopped in and the gentleman apologized he did not have one either and out of nowhere he says give me a minute... Comes back 10 minutes later with a old leather holster and a old shoulder holster! Since they were well used he gave them to me at no charge. This is the example of caring about customer service and being a genuinely good person these are the businesses we the people should be proud to support !!! I live 45 minutes away and my next purchases will be at crown from this point forward good customer service makes a customer for life and I will never forget this kind deed!!!!

I drove a little out of my way to shop at Crown and I'm glad I did. The prices are excellent and available to view on their online store. Their online ordering process was simple and straight forward; within an hour I got a call that my items was in stock and ready for pick-up. The pick-up process was simple and straight forward; the crew in Harrisburg was moving quick that day. Store is clean and well stocked with a good range of options. Overall great experience.

This is my local gun store. It tends to have hard to find ammo and guns that the larger store don't carry. I like that. Not to mention it is 5 minutes from the house versus 40-60 minutes.

Just called the dude over at crown explain to my situation with rust and bluing he didn't even let me finish my sentence and said he didn't do any gunsmithing there however I am a gunsmith and I was looking for a product to remove bluing and rust before even thinking about it he said we don't carry anything like that well when I need parts or anything like that cuz I do quite a bit of it this will be the last place that I go at least let a customer finishes question before you intervene bad business

Crown would not accept any form of regular payments on my attempt to purchase a firearm. I had to buy an Amazon gift card, text pictures of it & my receipt. Then they requested a fee of $600 before shipment using bitcoin which they said would be refunded after the firearm was delivered. I refused & requested a refund of my initial payment but doubt that I will get it.

Really great privacy to use the BTM without being bothered. Very easy machine, I was in and out so fast. Would highly recommend is you're in the pennsburg area.
