Memorial bench was first delivered with the wrong base. That was replaced by the correct size with wrong color. Now the seat and base do not match. I am embarrassed for the church where it is displayed and feel that my husband’s memorial bench is an insult to his memory. UPDATE: this matter has been corrected and the company is giving me a new bench with delivery and placement included……great customer service; I am very appreciative…..

The quality of Campania products are amazing. When all my other purchased fountains leaked or were poor quality my Campagnia fountain was worth every penny. I needed their customer service help since Wayfair which the fountain was purchased through would not help. I called them directly and they sent me the missing parts.

Bought a defective stone picnic table through the garden gates. The flange to connect the base to the table top did not fit together.They proceeded to try and send 2 additional table after that which were also defective.Do not buy anything this company.

Horrible customer service. We're on our 3rd bench. The first one lasted a few years before I accidentally dropped a tree on it. We ordered the exact one to replace it - that one split after one winter outside. The retailer graciously replaced it for us. That one was broken in a move so we again ordered the same bench.After 3 Vermont winters, all of the concrete is flaking and the design is no longer visible. I have called, emailed, FB-messaged over and over again - 30-40 times in total with absolutely no reply.A retailer gave me the number of the local sales rep - called her 3 times and left voice mails - she called back once and then never again.

Poorly designed pedestal connection on this birdbath - only took one tip by a raccoon to crack it. Expensive for a 30 day life.

I purchased a Campania International fountain through an online retailer after the first one I purchased from a local nursery leaked. When it arrived the copper pipe at the top had no sealer on it and was already loose and slipping out of the top. I contacted the seller Garden-Fountains.com and sent them pictures of my fountain requesting a new top be sent. They contacted Campania and I was told to apply some silicone. Not a good response by either company. What kind of reputable companies expect a buyer to repair a brand new fountain that cost close to $1,000. They generously sent me a tube of silicone in an envelope which was crushed and leaking when it arrived. I spoke to the first retailer I purchased the leaky fountain from and they stated they frequently have to reseal Campania fountains. Best to stay away from this company.

I purchased a Campania Sabine Blue Pearl planter through one of their retailers (One Kings Lane) and it was shipped directly from their Pennsburg PA facility. It looks nothing like the product photo they present on the website. I contacted Campania to determine what the issue is (quality control? bad manufacturing lot? what?) and I could not get past the first line of defense by customer service. Even though customer service was supposedly "very familiar with the popular Sabine line" they would not provide an email address to allow me to share my planter photo or even comment as to whether they were distinctly different. "You need to contact your retailer". I applaud them for contacting me after submitting an online request for information, but caller ID on the phone call was blocked and unidentified. Are other products similarly represented on their site. I won't be purchasing anything from them unless it's from a brick and mortar shop.

We purchased this lovely fountain in Mt Vernon, Wa. We love it, but after having it just two years—and bringing it into storage each winter—the plate the water flows over has developed huge cracks radiating from the center and has broken into pieces. I am trying to contact the company via Messenger to find a solution but am not sure parts are available for their products.

In my review of Campania International, I referred to Garden-Fountains.com where I purchased the fountain. They offer excellent customer service by contacting Campania and asking for help with the color. When they were unable to get cooperation from Campania, they offered excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I recently purchased one of your beautiful bird feeders from a local garden center for my front garden, and within five minutes of putting it out my cardinals were already using it! I'm sure it won't be my last purchase!
