Kristina is the best. My engagement ring had to be resized several times and each time the other jewelers made it worse. I asked Kristina to reset it and she made it even more beautiful than it was originally. She worked with me and gave me ideas and I couldn’t be happier. The lady that works there is very nice I'm very helpful and if you can't find anything she will do everything she can to get what you want you just got to ask. I love this place she might not have everything there but she will get what you need and that is the whole point of why I go there all the time

Kristina is an amazing jeweler, not only is she skilled at her trade, but she is a phenomenal person as well. Her warmth and passion shines brightly. We have gone to Kristina twice now, with the last being a custom wedding ring for my husband that replicated a family ring. Her work was exquisite and she payed close attention to detail and our requests. She takes ample time with her customers and builds a personal relationship with them, which makes a difference for the customer, in my opinion. I'd highly recommend her. We are happy to support a family owned independent business.

I dropped my engagement ring off for repair after I noticed I had lost my diamond. Results were that most of my prongs were worn down or broke from over the years. They did a fantastic job at basically rebuilding my ring! They took the time to explain my options with the diamonds and what she could put in and what needed to be done. Well worth the money, it’s looks beautiful and so shiny!

Kristina does amazing work. I had her resize a few rings for me a couple of years ago and she did a great job. This time I had her resize a few more , including my wedding rings She also repaired one ring. They look beautiful, she cleaned & refreshed them & they look new, better than new actually. She is very reasonable with her prices, way better than a jewelry store & super nice too. She is my go to girl!! Highly recommend!

This owner operated jewelry store understood my simple jewelry hook repair and replaced it immediately with a new one at no cost to me. They truly value their customer and would recommend we give more business back to a community conscious business like Black Sea Jewelers.
