Hi there, I have been going here for years. They have always done a good job. Sometimes it is over the top and other times not so much but overall good. I was there the other day and for the first time, the person (John) taking my car actually asked me what I needed and walked over to my car and discussed with me, he suggested a few things and placed my order, normally it is you pull up you feel rushed, and they give you a slip. John took the time and really made a difference. I had to say something to the MGR and asked where he was, (darker shirt, never knew that) His name was Joe and Joe said, that is the way it is supposed to be. We are supposed to ask and listen and give you exactly what you want and or need. He was exceptionally nice; Point is I had one of the better experiences at Penndel car wash; over the top, because of Joe and John. THANK YOU.

Sparkle is the best in the area! Not only do they do an excellent and efficient job, but the staff is super kind and helpful as well. They helped to answer any questions I had and made recommendations on a package that best fit my car and needs. Not to mention, my car looks shiny on the outside and is spotless on the inside!

The best car wash I have ever been to. I will go nowhere else. They have a lifelong customer out of me. I spoke to the manager about a particular spot on my car that I did not like and in five minutes the spot was gone!!!

Usually do a great job. Past couple times,hasn't been great. This time, my seats were wet which made my pants wet. Quick run over with the vaccuum. Big pieces of dirt left behind and the second time in a row the trunk of my suv wasn't even touched!! I would've went back if I wasn't already home when I realized it. Definitely not worth the $37!!

Brought my mom’s car here and they did a great job considering the area between the windshield and the hood was full of all the spring debris from the trees. Did a fantastic job wiping down the dash and console. Came right back afterwards with my SUV and for $36 They got the outside sparkling like their namesake and they even not only vacuumed my Weather Tech floormats they wiped them down and got off the hardened chocolate ice cream my son had spilled! They have two people in the front making sure your dash and console are clean! Removed all the dust! Definitely a better job and better value from the car washes where I live!

I’m so pissed off , they cracked my windshield and then just left my car sitting there without signaling they were done or bother to tell me “oh by the way your windshield got cracked”. I went inside to talk to the cashier but she told me I gotta go outside to find the manager, who told me that the damn crack in my windshield is because of the hot water. That makes zero sense, I washed my car several times several times, how in the world are you telling me the hot water cracked my windshield that doesn’t make any freaking sense. I’m so freaking pissed off. NEVER AGAIN . Do you know the cost of a windshield on a damn truck

I pay 25$ for deluxe and they didn’t even vacuum in interior. So next time take just basic wash because all this options are same.

I was in there this weekend. I got the sparkle extreme and hand wax. It was $42.00 for the wash and $30.00 for the wax. I was told that my trim would look like new after it was done. I'm sorry that I went there. The trim still looks the same and the interior wipe down was very poor. The center console was still dirty. The arm rest between the seats still had paw prints from my dog on it. I when to speak to the manager or owner. They were not available. I spoke to someone that was in charge of the workers. He said that I needed to understand that it was an express car wash so not everything will be done. I think for over $70.00 it should be better. I will never go back. I can get a better job done at a self service place for $5.00. Definitely not worth the money

Fantastic value for what you pay!$42 for full interior and exterior in about 15 minutes! I'll pay this all day long.They have a swarm of people that are out there in the most frigid weather making sure your car looks nice.It seems like all the poor reviews for this place come from people who don't understand what they bought, and those that have an unrealistic expectation of their purchase.Professional detailing can easily cost $180. What you get for your $42 is incredible.
