“THE best mechanic in the area. Tom is very kindhearted and honest. I have been going to him for years and have brought two different cars to him. This is someone you can trust with anything car-related: routine maintenance, inspections, and any problems that come up. I live close to the shop and he always offers to pick me up when my car is ready which I greatly appreciate. My only comment is sometimes it takes longer than expected for my car to be ready. I think he would benefit from some extra help in the shop. However, I am willing to wait for an extra day or two and know that my car is in good hands. I'm getting a new car soon and will bring that one to him as well.”

“I left my car there because a very bad noise was coming apparently from the right front wheel. The next morning, Matt called and told me what the problem was and the cost. Later that day they called me when the car was ready which unusually, at least in my experience, a lot of mechanics don't do, they kind of leave you hanging which is really annoying. The cost was a bit below average after doing some research. Overall an excellent experience, I highly recommend Butler Street Motorworks!”
“Sitting in front of Aamco right now writing this review because I don’t want to forget, they were such a pleasure to work with and very responsive and helpful. Worked with my warranty company, I gave them the number and they handled the rest. I needed a new transmission and they had it done so quickly. I had one small issue with a leak once I got it back, but it was a very minor issue and they were able to fix it in an hour. I saw some of the other reviews on here and was wary, but I would not listen to those reviews as they are people who are unhappy with their warranties and not this great shop. “it started that my transmission went, my mechanic couldn’t work on transmission, so he took it to Tim’s transmissions. I got it back quickly, drove it for 8 months, and it broke again. Took it back to Tim, he fixed it, even though it was out of warranty bc I was over in miles by 1300. He was super efficient, very personable, and an amazing business man. And he did not charge me! I would highly recommend Tim’s transmission to everyone. Great company, great people! -Lisa DeVita”
